Classic Playthrough

(grammar should be finished, see mistakes, you did not as I'M the source of them)

Enaic sits up, his visor back on his head, he quickly gets up and falls onto the floor. His shoes caught the web of blankets. He adjusts his visor on his head, fixing its crooked placement from falling. Getting out of the blankets, a slow smile creeps up his face as he lies on the carpeted part of the floor. Enaic gets up and kicks the cloth pile away and walks towards a desk in eager anticipation. Last night(figuratively) he'd heard the slot in the wall dispense something. He already had to wait till fully rested to get up and check it out, now he skips over and picks up stapled coloured sheets of paper.

It's been a good couple weeks since he'd last received his last batch of notes from the slot, it usually contains one sentence of information about a random topic like health or programming. In rare cases it gives more important information if the slot decided the time was right. Back when he was learning how to work the computer the slot would usually bring books and reading material everyday once he started to recognize letters from the picture book he still has, but that was almost two decades ago.

It told him how to turn off auto generate on his monitor long ago, the memory of when he'd first opened the door passed his mind. How confused he was when every time he went outside it was different terrain everytime, but back to the paper.

It's been a good while since anything has been spat out the slot, this time it looks like multiple series of numbers.... Sure, a book might've had more use then a few papers, but Enaic knows that every time important information was given it was really messy and in one case, crumpled. "I wonder if I should start filing them? No, I should've a long time ago" He looks at the first page. It reads.

''• LiVE"

"hmm..."

Seems more simple then he'd expected, must be something to experiment with, maybe add it into existing lines of code? Most of his coding knowledge came from these pages of notes anyways, although bigger and from a large textbook, But he was certain that he had learnt everything when it decided to give him an entire shelf worthy amount of coding knowledge in a span of a week. Though... based on the word means it probably has something to do with something living or turning something on.

Enaic turned the page around... oh, it's added in the settings, specifically the setting to his coding program. He'd always wondered what the empty settings meant, maybe It'll add a feature he couldn't previously do? Looking at the series of numbers and letters on the other pages Enaic looks at the computer.

He moves towards the computer and presses the power button, he reads a bit more while it turns back on. The process of the computer running again makes the dimness of the room brighten up again to a comfortable level. Enaic reads that the "live" feature actually makes the code simulate any of the simulations' real-time real-life counterparts if they exist, like a video feed.

The more he reads the more his interest rose, he was aware that there are other places with other people and monsters in them, or else there wouldn't be a distinction between himself and other types of people.

A few times Enaic tried to code something monster-like, it didn't look anything comprehensible as he didn't really have any other comparison other than himself. However, when it comes to personality and movement it was usually to an extent of what the code told it to do and his own logic, so any real interaction would've been empty if he could even touch it.

If this is really gonna do what it says it's gonna do, then Enaic can actually know how real people act and do instead of guessing based on books and logic. It would be like his code changed itself to do things outside of its lines of command... wait. Enaic paused, if it's a live feed then it would be sort of like his visor.
