The next few days all seemed to blur together as you packed, moved, repacked and moved over and over again. It was hard to tell how much time had passed without any sunrises or late nights so Hunter kept you all on a military rotation schedule. You were mainly resting in ship docks, making steady progress along the outer rim and avoiding anyone who might be searching for you. The space stations you visited were only for minor needs, usually just some refueling or a need for a specific part for Tech's continued repairs and enhancements to the ship.

At this point Tech had fully launched into creating mass amounts of chain codes for Rex to use. He did his best to continue creating quality work but you could see his efforts wearing on him. However, he still made some time for you in the mornings before he got to work, and you had gotten into the habit of sitting next to him up in the cockpit or as close as possible on the wall seating.

With Tech thus occupied with work from Rex, that meant that the repair, enhancement and other projects were delegated among the rest of you. You and Wrecker did most of the 'repair as needed' list, while Hunter continued to tutor Omega. Occasionally you or Wrecker would switch out with Hunter, but it was really just to help her apply concepts rather than learn. Omega was highly adaptive and clearly intelligent, thus most of her education she simply studied herself when it was interesting to her. Suffice to say that she found learning about species and intergalactic culture much more interesting than ship builds and models.

All four of you also worked on research for a new homebase, looking into some of the recommended planets Rex sent your way. Most of them seemed pretty promising but you all nitpicked them apart and worked on establishing a solid idea of what you needed. The main focus that Hunter provided was on safety and community. You had agreed with him on both those aspects, but still felt reluctant to look through planets. You were still mixed about your Jedi past --wow it really is my past now-- and you couldn't shake the feeling of unease whenever Hunter and Omega chatted about what certain communities were like. You needed to get your own priorities straight if you were truly going to participate. Not to mention it was challenging to chose a planet to visit due to how much the Empire was expanding and moving their forces around the galaxy. Most that you looked at were already under Imperial occupation, any that weren't held the possibility of becoming part of the Empire or being to far removed to be livable. Wrecker had been excited to start 'base exploring" but Tech advised Hunter that the best course of action would be to continue hiding for the time being, cautiously exploring planets as they went along the outer rim.

Currently you are all docked on a station that orbits Revyi in the Veragi Sector of the Outer Rim. It was a good way from Cantonica, but thus far had been the closest to an actualy planet you had stopped at. Revyia seemed to be a lush planet with its green forests and meadows visible through its atmosphere but you never touched down on its surface. Instead you landed on one of its ship bases which presented itself as a way-station, with very little to no staff and mainly automated personnel. It gave your group some breathing room, knowing it was not under Imperial control... yet, but you all kept your helmets on when walking about the station. It was still considered a stopping point for guild members and gangs of various origins so you needed to remain vigilant.

It was towards the end of a day and you had already knocked out the tasks assigned to you. Omega had been diligently working away at her assignments, but that was because you had gotten permission from Hunter to paint your armor while you remained at this station. Tech had already pestered both you and Omega about not getting paint on the ship, but every time you promised you would personally clean it up. To give him some respite you did put down one of the cleaning towels which had seen better days in order to catch any loose drops. Hunter had dug out the small cans of shipyard paint they had used for their own armor sets and you started sanding your armor while Omega finished her last lecture.
