Vihaan is looking at the female doctor, who is checking the unconscious bella

They're in hospital, she had took multiple sleeping pills, and as soon he discovered it he immediately took her to hospital

"Now she is out of danger, please take care of her" the doctor left with her team, if there is someone else she would have suggested to first call the police, but she is scared, after all he is very powerful man

After the doctor team left he sit on a chair beside the bed and hugged her stomach

At the time when he got to know about her health he felt like his soul literally left his body

Why she did that, that boy is her past, he moved on in his life, she should do the same right

He is now feeling so helpless, even after having everything he is feeling poor, poor in getting love

Poor in understanding and expressing feelings

While thinking a tear roll down from his left eye

He snuggled on her stomach and closed his eyes

Its now 3.30 AM, he is tired, he wants to snuggle to her, sniff her scent and slowly fell asleep

He now wants to live a simple life where she will stay with him, and love him like no tomorrow

But the reality is so cruel

She doesn't love him but he is getting crazy even if he don't get to see her

Don't know what is this feelings, only one thing he knows that he can't live without her

He understood the things he did to her at the very first is so cruel, if she is this much important for him then he should cherish her

But he assaulted her, harassed her,  insulted her and mostly made her feel herself a trash

He is still doing late to understand his feelings, don't know what it will cause

The next morning

Bella is staring at his odd behaviour

He is taking her care so nicely

He made her eat breakfast, then help to get fresh

She thought he will shout on her because of what she did, but here he don't even let out any harsh words

"Babe are you feeling well" he asked and there she came to the reality

Fear started to consume her

And again he can see her shacking in fear

But this view is now hurting him

It is aching his heart

"Babe you know I discovered my heart disease

When I saw you hurt my this place ache from inside" he said and put her hand upon his heart

"I can't see you like this" she is just looking at their hands

He is holding her hands so gently and caresses it's knuckles

She looks up and there he is staring at her face with a unknown expression

His gaze is telling like he is watching the most beautiful and important thing in his life

In mid of the silent eye contact his one hand went to her cheek, he caresses it lovingly

"I am bad, very bad....but I am getting weak for you...
