On a bright morning, a group of palace ladies, in addition to Alex's cousin, were sitting in the living room of the palace, drinking tea with Alex's mother, her mother, and a friend of the two families.

Alex's mother was talking about her future ambitions, for the future of her family lineage, and in the middle of the conversation she mentioned that there was a girl that Alex himself had brought to the palace and that she was not of a noble class or race, that is, she was a commoner.

Lisa did not give any reaction, as she continued to sip her tea calmly.
In the evening, Lisa asked to meet the girl Alex's mother had talked about.

Lisa, Alex's cousin, was waiting for her in the living room.

Lisa is a beautiful young woman, with long black hair and bright white skin.
She was wearing an elegant and elegant dress, and her words were tactful and kind.

Lisa welcomed Rose warmly and ordered tea to be served to her.
They sat together on the sofa and started talking.

Lisa talked about her life in the palace, her travels abroad, and her friends from high society.

Rose felt lost in this new world that she knew nothing about.

Lisa asked Rose about her life, her work, and her family.

Rose answered briefly, not wanting to talk too much about herself
Lisa kept asking until she asked her a question that was a little embarrassing
Lisa asked her why Alex brought her to the palace.
"I think he wants to see me in this world, which is his world," Rose answered cautiously.

“I think he cares about you a lot, and wants you to be a part of his life,” Lisa said, laughing.

"He's not the right man for me," Rose said
He's from a different social class than me, and we don't have the same values and thinking as well.

Rose fell silent

Lisa looked at Rose, "Do you know that I have feelings for Alex and it's the same thing?"

Rose felt ashamed, and did not respond to Lisa's words

Uncle Scott is in a room

“I think I'll go to my room and get some rest,” Rose said at last

Rose came out of Lisa's room, biting her lips in shame.
She became confused by what she heard from Lisa.
Lisa was nice to her, but she was also clear about her disapproval of her presence in the palace.

Rose stood in front of the mirror in her room and looked at herself.

Rose wore a simple dress, but she looked beautiful in her eyes.
She has long, yellow hair like the warm color of the sun, and big, beautiful eyes

Rose smiled to herself.

“I'm not bad,” she said  “I still fit into this high society, but that doesn't mean I'm not beautiful, smart, or talented".

That night, Alex was sitting in his office in the palace, thinking about meeting Rose, until he heard from his servant that Lisa had met Rose and they had a long conversation.

Alex did not care about what he heard from his servant
Alex doesn't care much about what happened, because he knows that Lisa will never accept Rose, so it wasn't surprising to him that she behaved this way.

Alex decided to get out of the office and get some fresh air.
The park was beautiful at night.
The lights were on, and the trees were moving gently in the air.

Alex looked at the garden and thought of Rose.
He felt a strange feeling of happiness.

“What now, Rose?” Alex muttered and smiled

The next morning, Rose woke up feeling nostalgic.

She was remembering her life in the slum, where she lived with her deceased mother.

Rose started laughing, and put her hand over her mouth to stop her loud voice.  Just as her laughter began to subside, Rose noticed a second pair of shadows following her onto the ground.

Rose stared at that moment, before looking at the tall man in front of her.
Judging by his silhouette, he was slowly trailing behind her.

Then he stopped, and finally disappeared behind her, and once again, Rose found herself alone.

Once Rose started walking again..

She felt the shadow moving with her as well.
