"You look miserable."
Lewis Hamilton said with a smile as he saw Ayla walking around the Bahrain paddock, looking miserable in every way.
"Well I missed judged the heat here."
Ayla told him with a soft chuckle, looking down at her black sweat pants and black hoodie of which was Nathaniels, which turned out to be a poor choice of clothing choices for the Bahrain heat.
She was taking a mental note in her head about her outfits that she packed into her suitcase for the trip here.
Only to realize that she had packed just sweats, hoodies, some comfortable shoes, heels, and maybe a few t-shirts.
"Maybe? It's the Middle East Ayla, it wasn't gonna be chilly in the day." Lewis told her with a laugh.
"In my defense I wasn't even planning on coming these past few weeks until last minute, so I packed quickly."
"Jenson did mention that to me."
Lewis told her having his memory jogger to the conversation he had with the retired British driver turned interviewer about their friends hesitation about joining them this season.
But he found himself glad that she had finally agreed to come with them, because now they could all keep an eye out on her, not because they thought she couldn't care for herself, but because they know it's a hard time and that having someone to lean on would be good for her.
"I'm glad that I came also, I didn't want to leave Las Vegas or my house but I'm relieved that Jenson had convinced me none stop about it. Then to the night leading up it, like he thought I was going to back out."
Ayla told the Mercedes driver with a small smile, because deep down she was debating whether to cancel at last minute.
She didn't fully believe that she could come back and face all the people that she knew so soon after the accident happened, she didn't want to see the pity looks that they would've sent her.
It was only when she arrived at the Paddock that morning that they weren't going to pity her.
They were concerned about her, but they weren't going to pity her, because they knew she wouldn't want that.
So she was relieved that they were letting everything go back to normal and picking up were they left off.
"Good thing he did." Lewis chuckled also knowing the fact that the retired driver hadn't bugged her with calls for what he could imagine was 24 hours of the day that she wouldn't be standing in front of him today.
That she would be hold up in her bedroom under a pile of blankets forgetting to eat.

Ayla made the spilt last minute decision to fly to Australia after the weekend had ended to surprise Daniel Ricciardo, one of her best friends.
She missed his enlightening personality through the weekend, having remembered that he was released from Mclaren last year and replaced.
Which let her favorite Australian without a seat in the Motorsport organization, but was able to sign back with Red Bull, where he would serve as a reserved driver for them, and was able to pick what races he was going to be visiting for.
She made sure to spend the whole weekend avoiding the McLaren team other than Lando and Oscar.
She found it unfair to treat the rookie Australian driver differently as it wasn't his fault for the situation, nor did she want him to think she hated him.
