"Akshu has started labour pain, her water has broke out! Someone call an ambulance" Aarohi shouts
"I'm calling don't panic" Mahima said
"So..me.me..one..ca.ca..ll..Ab..hi! I..am..dy.dy...in..g..ahh..hh" Akshara said in labouring panic
"Ahh!" Akshara shouts
"Akshu! Don't panic we'll..we'll figure it out..."Aarohi said
"F*** with your figure out... here I'm dying out of pain.. Ahhh!" Akshara shouts "kaha hai Abhi!"
"Aa gaya! Aa gaya! Chalo jaan chalte hai!" Abhimanyu said as he picks her up in bridal style and keeps her in car
"Abhi! It's hurting!" Akshara said as she was in pain
"Not for more time baby, just now our kids would come and then everything will be fine" Abhimanyu said
"Abhi if something happened to me so please take care of my baby" Akshara said in a semi conscious state
"Shut up Akshu! Nothing will happen wrong, dare you to do this nonsense ever again, we will raise our baby together!" Abhimanyu said "Akshu are you liste-" Abhimanyu turned to see an unconscious Akshara
He hurries to the hospital while others were just reaching
Harsh already went before when Abhimanyu called him
While the nurse takes her inside for check up, Abhimanyu just goes to Harshvardhan and hugs him tightly
"Will everything be fine na papa?" Abhimanyu asks worriedly
"You just take care of my daughter and everything would be fine"
Abhimanyu changes into scrubs as he goes inside
"Mrs. Birla finally gained her consciousness now we can opt for normal delivery " the doctor said
"Akshu just keep your eyes open and our baby will be in our arms in a few hours" Abhimanyu pleads
"It's hurting Abhi!" Akshara said
"Don't worry jaan"he said while coming near her as he keeps his hands on her head
"What not to worry, dur hato pas mat aana, ahh!" Akshara winces in pain
After 8 hours, first baby came into Abhimanyu's arms
"Congratulations Dr. Birla, it's a boy" AbhiRa's eyes welled up with tears as he saw his baby, he was enough cute and tiny to pick
"There are another pair of legs doctor!" Abhimanyu said
"Yaa! Dr. Birla, your second baby we're taking it off" The doctor said
"What! What are you saying? My baby is in my hand"
"And second one is attached to the placenta"
"Kyaaaaaa!" Akshara shouts "are we the parents of twins"
"Yaa Mrs. Birla!"
After 30 minutes more, the second twin came out
It is revealed to be a girl
He takes both the kids in his arms as he caressed them
Their soft skin
They both shedded happy tears
After a few time, their cleaning was done and he went out to make the twins meet with family
First he took the boy side out,
"It's a boy!" Everyone exclaimed while Abhimanyu nods
"And.... A girl too" Abhimanyu said as he takes the another side out of the door
"Twins!!" Everyone exclaimed
