you and hailee were spending the weekend at her parents house. she recently moved out of there to go live with you, and since her parents obviously have been missing her, you two agreed to spend some days with them.
cheri was like a second mom to you, and you were like a third child to her. she loved you since the first time you met and specially she loved how happy you made hailee.
"baby!" you heard hailee's voice as you opened your eyes and looked around her old room.
"where were you?" you said, stretching your arms.
"i was craving some cereal, so i went to get it."
"you didn't even offer it to me? i feel betrayed..." you said dramatically but couldn't help but laugh when hailee got into bed next to you and kissed all over your face
"what can i do to make your day better, bubba?" she said as a smirk appeared on her face
"a few things..." you said as you fell hailee trail her kisses to your jaw
your hand immediately tangled in her hair as hers caressed your tighs. you closed your eyes in pure bliss when you felt her lips on your neck. her fingers now on the hem of your shirt.
"that's my shirt..." she mumbled on your skin "i think i should take it back" she whispered in your ear and bit your lobe
"i'm not stopping you, haiz" you sighed and she smiled at you as she took off the shirt you were wearing.
she slowly trailed her lips back to yours and kissed you passionately.
"i love you, y/n/n" she whispered against your lips
"love you more" you smiled and kissed her again
the kiss got even more heated - which you didn't knew it was possible. you let out a moan as you felt hailee's tongue touching yours. now, that was a feeling you'd never get tired of.
your hands trailed along the perfect body that you knew all too well making hailee whine. you smiled and took her shirt off, your eyes immediately fixating on her breast, making you involuntarily bite your lip. she smiled at you and leaned down to kiss you one more time.
her hand trailed down to your shorts, smoothly slipping it under them
"hailee..." you sighed and dug your nails on her shoulder. she breathed heavily at the burning feeling which she loved
when she was about to do something, the bedroom door opened
"hey girls! i-" cheri stepped in the room, but regretted it immediately when she saw the position the two of you were in. both of you looked in her direction. "never mind. just- continue. sorry!" she said in a hurry and left the room.
you pushed hailee away from you and grabbed your - her - shirt, putting it on. "this is where i leave you. i'm never looking your mom in the face ever again."
"calm down. we've been together for a really long time, she knows we've had sex before."
"it's different, hailee. i'm fine with her knowing it. but i am not fine at all with her seeing you half naked on top of me!"
"so...you don't wanna keep going? i mean, mom did say we should continue." you glared at hailee "sorry." she sweetly kissed your cheek
"my love, you weren't naked, she couldn't see you. the only thing she saw was us kissing. and if it makes you feel any better, she caught griffin and his ex in a much more compromising position." you couldn't help but chuckle at the girls comment. she caressed your cheek and kissed you. "she wasn't even traumatized, she'll be fine. trust me." the two of you stayed in silence before you got out of bed and spoke up.
"come with me to get coffee." you threw her shirt at her
"go alone, i'm sexually frustrated." she pouted dramatically and you kissed it away. "i'm not gonna be alone with your mom, hailee. and i'll make it up to you later." you kissed her one more time and led her out the bed.
the two of you made your way down the stairs and saw cheri sitting at the couch with a cup of juice in her hand while watching the news. when she notice the two of you she sent you a warm smile which you reciprocated shyly. hailee laughed behind you at the awkward interaction.
you walked to the kitchen without saying anything and cheri looked at hailee with a confused look. you've always been very quiet, but never like this, and it bothered cheri, who knew something was off
"what's wrong?" she mouthed to hailee who laughed "she's embarrassed" she whispered.
"why?" cheri asked confused
"because you walked in on us" hailee said and sat down next to her mom, who turned to look at you.
the older woman laughed "y/n. it's my fault. i should've knocked. you're both adults, you can do whatever you want. it's a normal thing, sweetie."
you could not make eye contact with either of them, so you keep your back turned throughout the entire conversation.
"look, i am so sorry. i didn't mean to..." you said pouring cream in you coffee
"didn't mean to what?" she laughed "to have a private life with my full grown daughter? you two have been together for so long. it's been what? almost six years?"
"yes" you turned around and looked at the ground. "i was gonna say that hailee and i shouldn't have done something like that in your home. it just feels wrong...hailee, help me out here." you looked at your girlfriend who had a goofy smile in her face.
"what do you want me to do, babe? you're making it so much worse with all the rambling. it is what it is. we were gonna have sex and were interrupted. it's fine." she shrugged with a small smile.
"oh my god, i hate you-" you said as you walked to the couch, sitting down next to hailee, who caressed your thigh.
you kept avoiding eye contact while hailee and her mom exchanged a worried look, but decided to drop the topic anyway, not wanting to make you feel worse.
after about half an hour, you looked at your girlfriend, not wanting to interrupt her conversation with her mom, but you were more than ready to just get out of there.
"do you still wanna go on that walk?" you whispered to the brunette beside you
"yeah, absolutely. just let me get my phone. i'll be back in a minute."
"you are not leaving me here alone!" you mouthed and grabbed her arm
she chuckled at you and went upstairs to get her phone.
"y/n. look at me. you're like a daughter to me, i love you with my whole heart and i want nothing but the best for you. i literally could not ask for a better person for hailee to spend her life with. i'll never judge you or look at you any differently after what happened. you have no reason to feel embarrassed. i'm not mad at all. i'm just glad you're making hailee happy. that's all that matters to me." she said and opened her arms, gesturing for you to hug her, and you did so.
"i see y/n's finally looking you in the eye again" hailee joked as she walked downstairs. "hate to ruin your moment, ladies. but i want to go for some frozen yogurt."
you and hailee said your goodbyes to cheri before leaving the house.
"i told you it would be fine." said your girlfriend when you got outside.
"i guess. but i'm never having sex with you ever again when your parents are home." you said with a serious tone and hailee rolled her eyes with a smile. "never say never, babe. you did promise you'd make it up to me." she said with a wink and put her arm around you, bringing you closer to her.
