Tatya had faced enough challenges in recent times, but the return of Phalgun brought an uneasiness he couldn't shake. As they found themselves alone in a deserted part of the schoolyard, Tatya gathered the courage to confront the enigmatic figure.
"Tatya, you're back. My friends, Russel and Dipak... they vanished after we last met you. What happened to them?" Tatya asked, his voice filled with desperation.
Phalgun's sly smile remained as he replied, "Ah, young Tatya, your friends have been taken to a realm beyond this one, where they may learn a valuable lesson about their past actions."
"You have to bring them back. Please, I beg you. I need to know they're safe," Tatya pleaded, his eyes filled with determination.
"My actions transcend your understanding, Tatya. Your friends must bear the consequences of their karma, perhaps leading them to change their ways," Phalgun stated cryptically.
"I won't accept this. I won't rest until they are back safely," Tatya declared, his resolve unwavering.
"Your determination is admirable, Tatya. I shall give you a chance, an opportunity to save your friends. In the upcoming Navratri Mela Yatra, a challenge awaits you. You must visit the ghost house there, but it won't be unlike any other funhouse, it would contain real ghosts and asuras. The darkness inside concealed lurking terrors, and would be designed to challenge the bravest souls. You must face your deepest fears and emerge unscathed. If you succeed to come out without being scared, your friends shall return," Phalgun said, extending this eerie lifeline.
Tatya knew that the Navratri Mela Yatra was a popular and well-known event. The ghost house within it was infamous for its terrifying reputation. Tatya was torn between his determination to rescue his friends and the lurking dread of what challenges the ghost house would bring.
Phalgun's cryptic actions, and the ominous contents of the ghost house were about to lead Tatya into an even deeper realm of the unknown.
