These words alone made me break down in tears. I can't afford any of my family members or any of my friends to be harmed, specially skylar. The other end was silent the whole time I was crying suddenly I heard a sigh from the end.

" Dear I might have to cut this call short I can't afford to see you cry" They said. "Then you shouldn't have done something like that " I spat out. " Watch your tone darling and also she tried to harm you and I can't afford that" The other side answered in a cold tone which covered me in chills.

" Baby I am watching so don't try anything funny also I already know you tried calling the police right now. This time I will let it slide next time I swear darling you will regret it. " They said and hung up.

I was scared to death how did they know that I was trying to call the police through my landline. Are there cameras in here. I should definitely do a check of my apartment if they can leave letters in my apartment  then they can even place cameras here and there.

I wanted to talk to someone, riley is busy with her part time job and I am still upset with jakal so I guess there is no choice but to call skylar.

I picked up my phone went out of the apartment and got inside a cafe near my place and dialed skylar's number.

Skylar's pov

I  just finished explaining my plan to the team and sat down on the sofa from exhaustion, suddenly my phone rang. I picked it up to see who is calling and immediately all my tiredness was gone when I saw the caller I'd.

It was my snow baby. I immediately picked it up and was greeted by the sweet voice of my snow baby but there was something wrong in her tone it sounded like she was afraid of something or maybe scared but of what.

" Hello skylar can we talk I really need someone to talk to right now" She asked.
"Sure darling what do you want to talk about." I asked her.

" Well you see a lot of things have happened after I left the infirmary and I can't tell you anything on phone because I think it is bugged can you pla come at xx cafe" She asked. Did she already found out about the tracker. " Sure I'll come in few minutes, can you pls order me a cappuccino while I am coming" I asked.

"Sure I'll do that, pls be safe skylar" She said and hung up. Weird I thought. I got up from my seat reached to the parking lot and unlocked my Ferrari Pininfarina Sergio. Started my car and left.

Alice's pov

I was figiting with my fingers in nervousness as I could feel someone watching me. Skylar hasn't reached yet and it worries me that something might have happened to her. Suddenly a pair of hands covered my eyes and I slightly panicked. " Guess who my dear " I heard a familiar deep voice say which made me sigh in relief.
