pov: after eclipse left
moon is stunned into silence, just watching as sun regains control and looks around, clearly confused.
"what happened? I was charging and now im down here?" sun asked, giving moon a questioning look. moon is snapped out of his thoughts. "what do you think happened? he took control again."
"oh...sorry" sun apologizes
moon sighs "its fine."
"anyways, what did he do this time?"
"he asked for something I made a while ago. its called the "newton star" and it can basically destroy the white world if in the wrong hands" moon explains.
sun raises his "eyebrows" "why would you even have something like that?"
"it was a failsafe in case something happened and the world needed to be reset. my only question is...why would he possibly want that? first he wants a new body and now he wants the star?" moon says his thoughts out loud.
"wait he wants a new body? I thought he didn't want one."
"several days ago he said something about a body but then just changed his mind" moon explains, not even sure about it himself. "wierd..what do you think he is planning?"
"I'll figure it out. for now, I think I have just the guy to talk to. well he's more of a gator than a guy but you know what I mean." moon begins walking out, expecting sun to follow. "monty? what do you need him for? not that I don't want to visit him of course."
moon looks back at sun and he walks beside him. "well, he is the one who currently has the star. plus he might be able to help with the eclipse situation"
sun becomes concerned "wait you're not thinking about actually giving it to eclipse are you?" sun asks worriedly.
"of course not. im simply going to warn him in case eclipse asks him for it he needs to be prepared." they both enter monty golf. it would be the most obvious place to check for the gator himself.
"great idea brother!"
they eventually find monty and walk up to him. monty immediately notices the trio. "back so soon sun?" monty questions. sun tilts his head in confusion having not seen monty in weeks. moon gives sun a questioning looks. "you were here?" moon asks.
"oh hey moon. didn't see ya there." moon ignores him and waits for sun to explain. "I don't remember being here recently. what do you mean, monty?"
"uh- you came in here about ten minutes ago asking how to make an ai." monty explains, looking between the two.
moon glares at monty after realizing what that must mean. eclipse came back into the daycare with sun's body. he must have been talking to monty before. "did he ask you anything about a star?"
"no? your brother here just offered me a deal to teach him how to make an ai. that's pretty much it" moon takes a metaphorical breath of relief. 'why would he be wanting to build an ai? why does eclipse have to be so confusing!' moon thinks to himself.
moon sighs "well I was originally coming to warn you about the star but it seems we have another problem."
"the star? you mean that weird glowing thingy I found in the daycare?" moon nodded. "just dont give it to eclipse. no matter what he says or offers, dont." moon had an almost threatening tone when he said that.
"why not?"
"well if he gets his hands on it he could reset the universe. he could make it so that none of us ever existed." moon explains and monty just nods.
"anyways...mind telling me exactly what happened earlier with "sun"" moon asks monty.
"well sun or I guess eclipse asked me to show him how to make an ai. he said he wanted to help you by making another animatronic in the daycare. thought it was a little weird of sun but didn't question it."
moon sighs "just another thing to worry about." after hearing this, sun put his hand on moon's shoulder "what are we going to do about it? what if he is building another him." sun begins to panic at the thought. having one eclipse was already more than enough for him and moon to deal with.
"I will try to make something." moon grumbles. he was clearly already stressed with having all of these eclipse related problems.
"is there anything I can do to help?" sun asks moon and moon shrugs "just try to hold him back next time. at least so that I could actually know when it happens"
sun nods and they both make it back to the daycare.
meanwhile inside suns head
mark glares at the figure in front of him. turns out it was going to take a lot longer than he expected.
"who knew building a fully functioning sentient animatronic with no experience was going to be so difficult." mark's eye twitches in annoyance.
