(bame) wasn't sure whether to wear something casual or dress up, but dressing up for a hang-out didn't sound right. she settled on wearing black pants with a random black shirt she found in the back of her closet, adding a white coat over it so she wouldn't get cold especially with it getting chilly day by day.
after putting on the outfit she prepared, she feared that now she looked way too plain even for something as simple as a hangout.
ahe looked at herself in the mirror, twirling and checking herself out to make sure she didn't look awful. It was already too late for her to prepare another outfit so she sprayed a spritz of perfume on herself.
ahe checked her phone for the fifth time, making sure she didn't arrive too late and seem careless or arrive too early and seem desperate.
after the time hit 15:26 she started gathering her stuff, grabbing her house keys and her phone, heading out the door as soon as she could, without an explanation, leaving hutao confused with a bagel and cream cheese in her hands.
(name) approached their meet-up destination, the only person in sight was a male in a hoodie with a mask on. she looked around the area to make sure she wasn't mistaken, but after making direct eye contact with the male she started to fear for her life..

the male started approaching her, causing her to grow anxious and pick at her fingernails.

her feet glued to the ground, she looked around the area to see if there were any bystanders she could scream at for help. the male was now less than 4 feet away from her, and she couldn't even look up at him, staring at the white and black converses he had on
"hey, don't stress. it's me." the comforting voice of xiao hit her ears, soothing her nerves immediately as she shot her head up to look at his face.
"Oh hi xiao, i thought you were a creep approaching me to attack me" she laughed nervously, looking down again but this time to stare at her hands.
