(A/N) Hey guys! So, I'm doing a lot of stuff based on the actual fairytale, so it might... 😏. Stay tuned for more!

Y/N's POV

"We'll be back tomorrow, sweetie," Mom said as she and Dad left for Las Vegas.

"See you then! Love you! Bye!" I hurriedly said everything I had to so they wouldn't worry or reconsider the trip.

I waited a little while before thinking of things I could do in a mansion without parental supervision. I could probably skateboard on the roof while singing Disney music. Or play croquet  with plastic flamingos and rolled up hedgehogs. But I don't have anyone to do that with... maybe I could- no, I don't have enough frozen pizzas to do that.

I thought of yesterday. I remember having a wipeout, but next thing I knew it, I was back on the beach. My vision was blurry at first, so the only I could see upon opening my eyes was a blur of blue that vanished within seconds.

I decided to head out onto the beach. I walked as close to the ocean as I could without getting wet.

"Augh..."

"Who's there?" I asked, immediately alert. It sounded like a moan of pain. I walked towards the sand until I found a boy. He was sprawled out on the beach and naked, but it was his sky blue hair that caught my attention. I tried to help him up, but his legs, which seemed like jello, collapsed beneath him. I eventually got him to a standing point and helped him walk until we got to my house.

"Soooo..." I said, breaking the awkward silence. "What's your name?"

"W-will," he replied. "Will Cipher, miss."

"You don't have to call me 'miss'. Call me Y/N." I held out a hand and he hesitantly shook it. "And, by the way, how did uh... that happen?"

"Y-you wouldn't b-believe me i-i-f I told you." He seemed so shy, but that was to be expected, considering his state of undress.

"Okay. But remember that you can always tell me." I gave him a kind smile. "By the way, you should probably bathe. You smell like fish!"

"O-okay..." he said with a hint of confusion in his voice.

About half an hour later, we were in the living room. I had lent Will a bathrobe for while the tailors worked on making him proper clothing (two of them said that they wanted to make him clothing that only a person good at their job could see, but I said no because I knew better. What perverts!).

"You have a n-nice house," Will said. "It's k-kind of l-like the pala-ace."

"What palace?" I asked.

"I-I-in a book!" He said, sweating like crazy.

"Okaaaay..."

I didn't know what, but something was off about him. But now's not the time to conspire about how he might be the next Avatar, or something stupid like that. It's not like he's the prince of the sea.

... right?
