45 minutes later.

Niegi Pov:

The class trail was just about to begin. I was very nervous. I didn't find anything very important and spent most of the time talking with Togami about Genocider Syo, a popular murderer that seemed connected to the murder.

I sighed. Time for another stressful hour or so...

Just as I got into the elavator Togami scoffed, his cheeks a light pink. "I wonder why-" I was cut off in thought by Kirigiri.

"Makoto, Do you have anything to say, school mystery wise before we begin?"

"I do actually me and Togami found this file and-"

I was cut off again, this time by Togami himself.

"Might I add, I found the file, he did not. I just showed it to Niegi."

Toko seemed a little pissed at this information but shrugged it off as she didn't seem to see me as a threat to her "precious" Byakuga. I don't know what's her obsession with him out of all people. It's not like I'm saying he's ugly, but his personality can be at times.

The elevator started rattling and and going down. Aoi looked at me with nervous look to her. I walked over to her and patted her shoulder.

"It's okay Aoi, we'll offend Chihiro's death, if it's the last thing I do, I'll do it for you."

I smiled. Byakuga gave me a nasty look, but not his normal one. More of a jealous tint to it. I didn't care.

Aoi smiled softly and hugged me.

"They you Niegi! Your comforting means a lot to me."

Aoi gave me a piece of her donut as the elevator continues to vibrate and shake and it descended down. I was happily eating to donut piece as Byakuga came up to me.

"You really shouldn't hang out with her..."

I stated, confused on why he would even care. I asked him why and he scoffed.

"Because you are of a higher status than her. She is nothing compared to us. We are partners, not you and Aoi, and especially not you and Kirigiri. Do you understand, Makoto?"
