She was their second child and daughter and she was born on October 31, Samhain, The Pagan New Year and her mother, Lady Karissa named for the Pagan Sabbat she was on, The Pagan New Year of Samahin, and she decided to honor her great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William and give her the feminine version of William which is Wilhelmina and the feminine version of Charles, and it is Charlene and she was given her father surname of Howard.
Upon her birth, she was created The Duchess of Clarence Territory in the name of her great-great-great-grandfather, Lord Patrick William Howard. She resembled her father, Lord Andrew Charles Howard, fifth Duke of Norfolk Territory .
She was her grandfather's fourth granddaughter, but not the youngest granddaughter, but she was the second favorite cousin, Lord David William Beck and the favorite third cousin of Lord Richard William Carey, Duke of Bedford Territory and they shared the same great-great-grandfather, Lord Frederick William Howard through two of his children, Lord Charles Andrew Howard SR and Lady Sophia Charlotte Howard.
Lady Karissa called her " The Peace-Maker " because in ever religion there is a Peacemaker and The Norse Pagan Faith is Lady Samahin Wilhelmina Charlene Howard., Duchess of Clarence. Territory.

Lady Samhain Wilhelmina Charlene, Duchess of Clarence Territory to be most beautiful, charming, young woman by the age of 15, she was very popular with all her cousins, but she grew close to her second cousin, Lord David William Beck The Second, the son of her second cousin once removed, Lord David William Beck and Lady Katherine Grace Kelly, one of her mother's best friends.

They grew up together and they spend time together, as they grew up and in 2291, Lord David William Beck The Second asked Lady Samhain Wilhelmina Charlene Howard to marry him and they were married in June of 2294,

In 2300, they had their first child, a daughter, named in honor of her paternal great-grandmother, Lady Patricia Eugenie Stuart, and Lady Samhain named her Lady Patricia Eugenie Howard and in 2305, she gave birth to a son, Lord David Andrew Beck, named for his paternal grandfather, Lord David William Beck and for his maternal grandfather, Lord Andrew Charles Howard and in 2310 she gives birth to second daughter, Lady Eliza Katherine Beck.
Both Lord David William Beck the Second and Lady Samhain pass away in 2380 at the 84 years old and her daughter, Lady Patricia Eugenie Howard at the of 64 governs Clarence Territory until 2400, and then her great-granddaughter, Lady Patricia Wilhelmina Howard at age of 20 becomes Duchess of Clarence Territory.
