Friday l 4:30pm

It was now the following Friday. Which means that Yejun and her team had to meet up to work on their music project.

She had just finished basketball practice. Her practice may have gone overtime and so she was an hour late to their meeting. Plus she decided to use the school shower to freshen up first before making her way over to Kaylee's apartment using the public bus.

"I hope I didn't keep them waiting.." She mumbles to herself as she sprints over to the elevator. When she had arrived in front of the elevator, she sighs to herself as she presses the button and waited for the lift to come downstairs.
As she waits, she hears someone's footsteps walking towards her. Out of curiosity, the girl looks to the side to see Wonbin walking over to the elevator with his head facing the ground as he rocks his head forward. The lad having earphones in his ears as he listens to music, not seeming to notice Yejun's presence.

It wasn't until he reached the elevator when he took one of his earphones out of his ears and faces his head forward, flinching when he sees her staring at him.

Fuck. He curses to himself.

"You're late as well?" She asks as he slowly nodded his head.
"Band practice." Was all he answered before the two of them stood in silence as they waited for the elevator to reach their current floor.

*ting!

The elevator has arrived as the door opened. Inviting the two teenagers inside. They both quietly went in as Yejun pressed the number six. Kaylee's floor before the door shuts on them.

"It's so quiet and awkward, I want to kill myself." Yejun whines to herself. Not being able to bear the anxious tension between them. She could see Wonbin's reflection from the mirror of the elevator. Seeing his composure so calm and collected as he displays no sort of emotions on his face.

"Come on Wonbin. Think of something to say you coward!" Wonbin talks to himself. He was panicking. Why can't he just think of a small and pleasant conversation to talk to her about. He was a loser and he knew that. He quickly snuck a glance at the girl besides him. Seeing her stand there so awkwardly with a bored look on her face as she plays with the hem of her jacket.

*ting!

They had arrived at their floor.
The both of them going out as Wonbin tails Yejun from behind since he didn't know where Kaylee lived. Plus he wasn't bothered to check the groupchat even once to view any informations that were given out. It was his fault, but why bother checking the groupchat when he can just ask informations directly from the person right? Besides, he doesn't even open any of his friends or relatives messages because he's too lazy to read them. The only person who's messages he opens immediately is Yejun's. Other then her, no one else was that important. Maybe he'll look at their messages in the next two or three business days.

When the two of them had arrived in front of Kaylee's apartment flat, Yejun quickly looks at her phone to see the pin that'll unlock Kaylee's apartment.
The girl had messaged them earlier in their groupchat;

4 muses 🎵

Kaylee:
| here's the pin to my apartment *******
| incase I wouldn't be able to hear the doorbell bec of the loud music
| so just freely enter inside, I trust you guys ;P

Yejun punches the pin in before the front foor opened.
"You can go in first." She tells Wonbin as he shakes his head.
"No you can." He retorts.
"I insist." Yejun answers, not wanting to lose.
"Ladies first, always." He says whilst grinning at her as she clicks her tongue before finally going in first.
His grin turned into a full on smile as he enters after her and closes the door behind him.
