Nandani's pov.

Monster manik was sleeping on couch and I was sleeping on bed but i don't know I was not able to sleep...

No nandu tu so sakti hai mr teddy bear nhi hai toh kya hua.

I closed my eyes once again and still i couldn't sleep. Ugh.

Fine.

"M-Man-manik"

He opened his eyes and looked at me raising his eyebrows.

Wasn't he sleeping???
Monster manik huh.

"I-i can't sleep alone.." i said looking away because i don't know?? I can't look in his eyes. There's something.. aiyappa what's wrong with me.

He smirked and got up, streching his arms and he walks toward me.

"So you want me to sleep with you mhm? Is that what you're trying to say butterfly?"

"I-i-i didn't said that huh!" C-chup raho!!!!" Suddenly my cheeks were getting red and i was looking down..

Something is definately wrong with me.

"Mujhe mere teddy bear ke sath sins ki aadat hai..wo ghar par hai."
My eyes suddenly started getting teary, remembering my parents. I miss them.

"Hey-hey relax! Theek hai I won't come close to you but please don't cry my butterfly"

I nodded my head in no and said "mujhe mom dad ke pass jana haii!" My voice was merely audible.

I was silently crying.

He came toward me and in next moment I was in his arms and he held me securely , possesively.

His hug was so comforting, that forgetting everything i hide my face in his chest. It is so peaceful.

I was hugging the man who was responsible for my tears itself???

NANDU! I mentally slapped myself but at that moment nothing matters.

"Mujhe mummy papa ke pass jana hai, please please mujhe unke pass le chalo, pakka promise uske baad I will stay with you ,nandu promise"

"Butterfly, i.. , I can't. They-."

"Forget them butterfly, you're just mine and I'm not letting you go anywhere and moreover they , they are on mhm vacation , yes and I told them that you're with your friends."

Manik's pov.

She looked at me and shock was clearly visible on her face but there was peace also. Her big brown eyes held trust.

Oh , if you only knew butterfly 🦋.

Yes she's my butterfly, just like those names which are in books.

Hard to catch and beautiful, my butterfly.

She nodded slowly and again hugged me leaving me suprised but I knew at that moment she just wanted someone to comfort her.

And I was the only option available? Imagining someone hugging her or even seeing her the way I see her made my blood boil and i clenched my jaw.

Tightening the hug.

"Owh!! Monstu manik what happened!!" She said making a adorable pout and i so wanted to kiss her.

I held her face and brushed my lips with hers.

Fuck.
