A.N.: Sorry for not posting for such a long time!!
I walked out of the classroom with Dakota right behind me. I just can't believe I will be missing lunch because of him. I mean don't get me wrong.. he's hot. But missing lunch? Lunch was like my best friend.. I sighed.
"So where should we start?" I glanced into his bright blue eyes.
He chuckled. "I don't know.. In fact I don't know anything about this school. So I guess you have to choose." Smartass much?
"Fine. We'll start at the main door. Just follow me." And so he did. We went to the main door and I showed him where the main office is. Then I showed him the cafeteria, mind you it wasn't fun considering I was hungry. We finished before lunch was over. So we had about ten minutes to spare.
"so how did you like it so far?" I asked. Trying to sound like I barely cared.
"Seems ok." He said.
"That's good." This was getting a bit awkward and I think he thought so too because he shifted from one foot to the other.
"So what's your name, beautiful?" He questioned looking into my eyes. I ha to look down to stop the blush creeping on my cheeks.
"Kimi. And your Dakota if I'm correct."
"Haha. Yeah. Nice name." I glanced at him to see that he was smiling at me.
"Thanks." I smiled back politely but quickly stopped.
The bell rang. Thank God.
"Uh, well I have to get to class. Do you know where your next class is?
Dakota glanced at his schedule and confusion flashed on his faced for a split second.
"Uh I think so." He answered.
"If you want I can walk you to class." I sighed frustrated a bit.
"Nah, its fine. But thanks" His hand reached towards my face and brushed slightly over my cheek. I flinched at the tingles that shot through my body due to the touch.
"um. Your welcome." And with that I spun on my heel and walked faster then usual to class.
