"Cut, cut, cut cut." The Director Ninew said frustratedly. It had been a long day of shooting and everyone on set was tired. At this point it seemed that Ninew couldn't seem to be satisfied with the shots he was getting. "Ok, let's take a break, First, Khao come over here for a second." Ninew said and signaled for the other's to come over to him.

It was late in the evening, most of the cast had left, but First and Khaotung were still there finishing up their last scene for the trailer of their upcoming series 'Only Friends'. They'd been excited to start shooting the series knowing their fans would be delighted to see them being paired up again, this time however, in completely different characters and a whole new environment. It gave them the opportunities that they've been looking for, for them to evolve their acting skills, both as individuals as well as a pair.

The crew went on break, and Khao looked at First who was sitting on a bar stool beside him. He instantly recognized the look in First's eyes and placed his hand on his shoulder as a form of comfort. Khao knew that First tended to blame himself for things, even things that might not have anything to do with him. Khao gave the older a soft smile that luckily was reciprocated and together they got down from their stools and went to find the director.

Once they found him they were told to sit down. "Look guys, we all know that you both can do better than that. What was that out there?" Ninew asked, crossing his arms and looking at the two actors. The situation he was addressing was the way they'd kissed way too softly and tenderly almost awkwardly, as opposed to what it said in the script. It was supposed to be rough, quick and lustful. Something neither of the two actors were used to.

First dug his nails into the pants he was wearing trying to find a way to word his predicament, but Khao beat him to it. "I'm sorry P' it's on me really, I just find it hard putting myself in the situation, and getting fully into character."

First always admired his friend for speaking his mind, not that First couldn't but sometimes it took him a bit more courage than others. He was however not gonna sit and let Khao take all the blame for something that clearly was also his fault. "I feel the same way, but I can work on it. I'm sure we both can."

Ninew sighed, but smiled, this showing the others that there were no hard feelings. "Yes, yes do that, just. Let's do it tomorrow, we're all obviously tired and I don't think we'll get anything out of continuing today. Get home safely and I'll see you tomorrow." Ninew said, patting their shoulders before leaving the two alone to discuss their next move.

The two actors sat in silence before they turned to each other simultaneously.

"I'm sorry Fir-"

"Tung, I'm so sorry I-"

They both stopped and laughed, Khao then gestured for First to continue. First grabbed Khao's hand and held onto it, needing some kind of physical connection to keep him grounded. "I'm sorry for messing up those scenes, it's not that anything's wrong I just, I can't see myself prance on you like that, you know I wanna take care of you and be careful with you and make sure you're alright with everything and-" Khao was quick to stop First's anxiety fueled ramble.

"Oh Fir, you're okay, I'm okay, we're all okay." Khao then took First's other hand in his, this way making sure they were having eye contact. "Hey, look at me. I'm fine." The smaller of the two brought First into a warm embrace they both needed after a long day of work. First rested his chin on Khao's shoulder and just melted into the embrace, recharging. This is just what he needed.

After that they went home and discussed how they'd both be more comfortable shooting the more intimate series for their upcoming series. They both agreed that consent meant a lot to  them, so they decided to talk it out over dinner. As well as they could enjoy each other's company.
