It was evident to all the other campers that Noah had a soft spot for Cody, despite his usual sarcasm and indifference towards most people. Cody, on the other hand, was overly touchy, which was not something Noah appreciated. Nevertheless, there were a few instances that made it clear that Noah and Cody had a special bond. For instance, Noah would lay on Cody's lap while they talked, and Cody would give him a bunch of hugs. They would also cuddle together in the bunk beds, which was something that Noah allowed only with Cody.

Another time, in the cafeteria, when Noah was in the kitchen doing a few things and everyone was around him, Cody came into the kitchen and rested his head on Noah's shoulder, and Noah didn't seem to mind. It was apparent that despite their differences, Noah had a soft spot for Cody.
