You went with your first instinct: to jump after him. You didn't exactly jump, more like you grabbed his arm but ended up falling with him.
'This is it... this is really how I go out..' You thought to yourself while clinging onto Dazai.
Dazai looked shocked and tears started to brim his waterline. This was the last thing he had expected to happen. "Y/n... I'm so sorry.."
"don't be sorry. If we go down, then we go down together." You said softly as a few tears rolled down your cheeks.
Dazai smiled slightly. "I love you, Y/n.."
"I love you too, Dazai..."
The world felt like it had slowed down, but before you knew it your vision faded away....
