Mavis's Broken Heart

After Johnny and Autumn left, no one spoke to Dracula, they were too upset with him, every room in the hotel was empty, there was only the skeleton band playing a sad song and Dracula walked to Mavis's door and he used his powers to shut the shruken heads mouth and he knocked on his daughter's bedroom door 

Mavis honey are you in there asked Dracula as he opened the door only to find Mavis wasn't in her room 

Mavis called Dracula as he looked around her room until he saw the open window and he turned into a bat and he flew into the sky calling for his daughter until he saw her sitting on the roof of the hotel, he flew down and he transformed into back into his normal self behind Mavis 

Mavis was holding her legs to her chest, she was heart broken after what had happened at the birthday party, Dracula walked to his daughter and he sat down next to her 

dad, could you do me a favor asked Mavis 

yes, yes, of course darling anything said Dracula 

will you erase my mind asked Mavis 

Dracula was shocked that Mavis asked him to do that

no, no, no, no, no i won't do that, there's too much i want you to remember said Dracula as Mavis covered her eyes in her arms and she started to cry 

you were right dad, the humans hate us said Mavis 

sweetheart, there are so many eligable monsters out there, you're so young to- but Dracula was cut off when Mavis lifted her head and she was holding a book

what is it, what are you reading asked Dracula as Mavis gave him the book

the book was called True Love by Mom, when Dracula opened the book it said for your 118th birthday and he turned in the page as he started reading the book

two lonely bats crashed in the night

they felt a zing, love at first sight 

they knew right then, they would be husband and wife 

for a zing only happens once in your life

After reading the book Dracula knew now that he could zing more than once, cause he zinged with Autumn but he also felt guilty about what he did to his daughter 

i thought we zinged dad said Mavis this made Dracula gasp a little 

you and Johnny said Dracula as he held the book 

i guess it was only me, but you should be happy dad, there's no reason for me to leave, i have no more dreams, i'm just like you now said Mavis as she stood up and turned into a bat dropping a card she had in her hand and she flew back into her room and transformed back into her normal self

Dracula closed his eyes and looked down, he felt bad for his daughter, he was afraid of letting her go but he didn't think about her feelings and what she wanted 

the wind started to blew the card away catching Dracula's eye as he caught before the wind could take it any further and he looked at it

it was the paradise card Mavis found in one of his drawers 

Martha what have i done said Dracula 

in the morning every monster was at the checking desk, they were not happy about what happened at the party and Murry placed Frank's and Eunice's boxes on the check in desk until Dracula flew into the room and infront of everyone in his bat form

friends please stop said Dracula 

it's too late rat bat said Murry as Dracula transformed back into his normal self

please i'm begging you, i need you to help me find Johnny and Autumn said Dracula 

the human, he could have killed us said Wayne 

he touched my guitar said Murray

he put his hand in my mouth to see if it would disappear said Griffin 

he let me hit his scooter exclaimed the elderly gremlin naking everybody gasp

i know i lied, i was wrong, but you have to believe this, Johnny wasn't a bad guy, the truth is i don't even know if humans are bad anymore said Dracula

Murray and Griffin looked at each other and Wayne and Wonda looked at each other as Dracula went up to Frank's box and placed his hand on the front of it

Frank come come on buddy you understand said Dracula

he's talking to you, first you tell us humans are bad, now they're good, what else, up is down, cold is hot and gremlins don't smell asked Eunice in her box 

hey! exclaimed a male gremlin 

Frank opened his box causing one of the wolf pups to fly off of it

i really like Johnny cousin or no, he told fun stories and Autumn was a great singer and a very kind person said Frank

i think they zinged said Dracula 

they zinged said Wanda and Wayne 

but i got in the way, and the truth it i also zinged with Autumn said Dracula this shocked everyone

wait, i thought you could only zing once asked Murray

that's what i thought too, i don't know how it happened but the truth is i'm in love with Autumn and I don't know if i'll be able to see her or Johnny again said Dracula 

you have to follow your heart said Frank as he got shocked a little bit 

oi! now you're short circuiting said Eunice as she opened her box 

i don't care said Frank 

well what are we doing let's get Johnny and Autumn come on said Griffin as everybody agreed with him this made Dracula smile as he and his buddies started to run out of the hotel so they can stop Johnny and Autumn from leaving
