*continued*
I laid on top of Jack in the bed, kissing his neck and following down his torso, he played with my hair, saying "you're so pretty." I let out a little whimper, as almost to approve of what he had just said. He pushed my head further down, and I knew I was in for it.

*20 minutes later*

We both got dressed and I looked at Jack smiling, he laughed and said "There it is." "What?" I said, knowing exactly what he was referring to. "You're little smirk after you've gotten your way, dont act like I dont know you." he said as he smirked. I walked over to my phone, and my heart sank.

3 New Text Messages
Mom: Court call me asap!
It's urgent.
Dad is in the hospital.

"shit." I say as I put my shoes on, almost shaking from anxiety. "What?" Jack said, looking puzzled. "It's my dad, he's in the hospital." I said. "Is he gonna be okay?" "I don't know but i've got to go." I said as i turned around. "Let me go with you." Jack said, as he followed me out the door. We had a driver take us to the airport, so we could fly back to Kentucky. Jack came with me for support. He packed all of my stuff, booked the flight's, and has been communicating with my family when I cannot. It's just a bit much mentally knowing I can't just be there in a few minutes, but We're boarding our flight, so only 3 hours til we're home. *3 hours later* We slept the whole flight. It's nice having someone here beside me, i'm not used to it, i'll admit. We walked off the plane, retrieved our belongings from baggage claim, and got an uber to the hospital to meet with my parents.

It was worse than I thought.
