Period in Public

" Get ready. We're going out in a few minutes " - that's what your boyfriend, Minho told you before leaving you alone in the room. You side eyed him as he left and started to pick some casual clothes for yourself. It was bagged cargo pants with a pinkish and white shirt. Smiling at yourself, you got out of the room and saw Minho waiting for you. " I'm all done " - you said.

He nodded and walked out without saying anything, which made you feel a bit sad, but you chose to stay silent. Minho was an anti romantic type, try as much as you want, you could never see him affectionate with you. Which of course made you a bit insecure, but you didn't say anything since you liked to keep your thoughts to yourself.

A sigh left your lips as you followed him into his car and got in, seeing him already waiting for you. " Put on your seat belt " - Minho said without looking as you did it and looked outside the window, many thoughts going through your head. So what if he was anti romantic? That didn't mean he had to be a coldass and ignore your feelings.

Even though you didn't notice, Minho left a few quick glances at you as he was driving, wondering why you weren't as clingy and lovey dovey as before. Then he shook all the negative thoughts off and decided to focus on the road to avoid any accidents just in case, while your own thoughts were nearly ending you.
Finally you two arrived at the cafe and entered it, as you tried to hold onto his arm. " Yn, I told you no physical touch in public " - Minho whispered sternly as you quickly took away your hands and regretted even trying. He'd never change, that'll never happen. You sighed a little as he went to place an order as you looked around and envied all other couple's.

Them feeding each other and being all lovey dovey in public, not caring about anyone's opinions. Suddenly you got startled as someone sat down next to you and you got scared since it wasn't your boyfriend. " Who are you? " - you asked, feeling a bit scared. " Oh, just someone. Saw a beautiful, breathtaking lady like you and wondered why you were alone " - he said.

You felt scared as you didn't know what to do or say, your eyes searching for Minho as he was nowhere to be seen. Your heart was pounding violently in your chest as the man took your hand in his and you tried pushing him off. " Get your hands off me! " - you said struggling as the man just chuckled and pulled you close to him as you felt like crying.

But suddenly, out of nowhere and in a blink of an eye, the man was on the ground, with a bleeding mouth and nose. Looking up, you saw Minho as you side hugged him without thinking. Surprisingly, he wrapped an arm around you and kicked the man's legs. " Touch my woman one more time and you'll be ruined "
Then suddenly, Minho pulled you near the washroom as you could feel the anger building up with him. It wasn't a good sign. Minho is usually a calm person and we all know it. If he gets mad, it isn't easy to calm him down at all. Finally letting go of your arm, he stared into your eyes as he took a deep breath, maintaining his emotions.

" Why didn't you call me when he touched you? " - Minho asked as you gulped inder his intense stare. " I was just startled..." - You said as he rolled his eyes. " You sure? I bet you enjoyed it " - Minho said as you looked at him in disbelief.
" The hell Minho? Why would I enjoy a strangers touch for God's sake? Are you sane right now? " - you asked harshly.

" If not, you'd have called for me " - he said angrily, raising his voice a little. You felt your emotions take over as you pushed him off and entered the bathroom, locking it behind you. You thought he'd at least stay or call out for you, but he didn't. Guess he just left. Tears fell down your face as you crumbled onto the floor, feeling all shitty.

After a few good minutes of crying, you stood up and washed your hands. Looking back, a scream left your lips as you saw blood in the place you sat down and quickly looked into the mirror, finding a big blood stain on your pants. It was your period and you totally forgot it was the time already.
Emotions took over again as you started crying, more soundly this time. Soon there was a knock heard as you started panicking, not wanting anyone to find you in a state like this. You opened the door a little and saw Minho's worried face. " The fuck? What the hell are you- are you okay? What happened? Why were you crying? " - Minho said, pouring questions.

You looked down and kept crying as he looked around and saw the stain on your pants as his eyes widened, quickly hugging you. " Baby, it's okay, why are you panicking? It's a normal human nature and you don't have to be embarrassed for it even one bit " - he said as he kept rubbing your back in circles, letting you rest in his embrace, which was warm.

" Wait for me here okay? I'll be back in a few minutes " - Minho said as he broke the hug and quickly sprinted out of the room, while you were confused and wiped your tears, waiting for him to arrive. You didn't want to be stuck here for all your life. Soon you heard a knock again and the door opened, showing your boyfriend with some bags in his hands.

" And these are...? " - you said, looking at him confused as he scratched the back of his head nervously. " Uhm, I just went and asked for female menstruational products and they showed me some and I didn't know which one to buy, so I bought one from each. And this one is a new pant I just bought for you " - he said.
Taking the bag from him, you saw many brands of pads and a brand new pants. The way he cared for you made you feel emotional as you started tearing up again. " Omg I'm sorry! Did I do something wrong? " - Minho said, in a panicked voice. You quickly shook your head and went into the cabin and changed, coming out quickly.

" Thank you so much, I don't know how to thank you. I'm sorry for what happened earlier, I'm such a bad girlfriend and didn't consider your feelings, I should've been more considerate and should've called for you " - you said, some tears again falling from your cheeks as Minho smiled a little and wiped your tears, gently rubbing over your head softly.

" It's fine baby, I'm sorry for being a jerk and taking out my anger on you. I shouldn't have done that. And as a thank you, we can go home and cuddle, watch whatever you want and maybe... a bit of a kiss-? " - Minho said as his ears got red, which made you smile wholeheartedly as you tiptoed and placed a peck on his lips.

" Then what are we waiting for? Let's go! " - You said and was about to leave when Minho pulled you back and held your hand tightly in his and wrapping an arm around your waist to keep you close. " Now we can go " - he said as he stepped out of the bathroom with you in his embrace and went home to continue your date.
