Hyperlaser opened the front door of his lonely home.It wasn't quite so lonely.Hyperlaser was greeted by the soft pitter patter of small paws walk towards him.His black cat,Princess,walked up to him and brushed against his legs,purring.Hyperlaser smiled under his helmet and pets her. "Hello Princess..." Hyperlaser scratched Princess behind her ear,he sat up and walked into the kitchen.He saw Katana sitting at the dinner table,sharpening his blades,he looked up. "Oh hello,dear.How was work?" Katana nods to Hyperlaser as he sat next to Katana. "Ok I guess..." "Just ok?Something on your mind?" "Sick and tired of Subspace's shenanigans..." "Ah.I see.Would you like to drink tea with me?" "Sure." "Green tea or Jasmine?" "Green tea." "Alright." Katana placed his katana on the table,getting up to boil some water in a tea pot. "Did any training today,Katana?" "Just a bit with Shuriken." "Your apprentice?" "Precisely." Katana walked back to the table with the boiled water,which he already put some green tea leaves in.He poured them each a cup of tea.Katana pulls his mask off so he could sip his tea.He watched as Hyperlaser took his helmet off.It sometimes saddens him when he saw Hyperlaser's cracked horns and his cybernetic half of his face.Katana sighs and sips his cup of tea,his other hand grasps Hyperlaser's hand.The atmosphere was peaceful.Katana was a cold,quiet,and tough warrior when around strangers.But he grows soft towards those he's close to.Always there to aid them in need.Hyperlaser was straight up quiet and calm.He was a reserved guy but he opens up to Katana often.Katana looked into Hyperlaser's eyes,and so did he with love and affection for one another... "I love you..." "I love you too,Katana."
