"Where am I?"

Paranoya asked herself as she roamed her eyes in the room where she was in. She woke up a while ago and found herself lying on the cold dirty wooden floor in an unfamiliar room.

Paranoya stands up and shakes the dust off her white dress. The dust scattered everywhere and penetrated her nostril causing her to sneeze uncontrollably.

She accidentally took a step back due to her continued sneezing and her heart almost jumped out of her chest when she heard a creak on the floor. She also almost falls on her butt, good thing she balances herself quickly.

"That scared me!" Paranoya rubbed her chest as she felt her heart beating fast.

She scanned the entire room as she stayed rooted from where she was standing. She's afraid that one wrong step might send her below, and she doesn't even have any idea what's below the room she was in.

The interior of the room is quite old. Cobwebs and dust are everywhere. There were also pieces of furniture that were covered with white clothes.

"Is this an attic?"

Paranoya's face was suddenly hit by a ray of light coming from a window that was barricaded with wooden planks from the inside.

"Huh?"

The window caught Paranoya's attention. She wanted to go near it but was too scared to take a step.

"Well, I can't do anything if I continue to stand here."

She carefully took a step and checked to see if the floor could handle the weight of her body. She has a small build, but even so, she needs to be careful.

The floor creates a creaking sound but that's it, it did not break or she did not fall.

"It's safe, I guess?

But still, she made sure to walk slowly, or more like she was almost tiptoeing as she walked closer to the window.

After reaching, she tried to peek outside through a small gap between the wooden planks but her eyes were greeted by the rays of the sun.

"Ouch! Oh my gosh! My eyes!"

Paranoya exclaimed and got away from the window quickly. She covered her eyes with her two hands and kept screaming 'Ouch'.

After a minute or so, she finally calms down. She uncovered her eyes and put her hands on her waist and looked at the window in disbelief.

"Whose psycho puts a barricade on the window?"

Paranoya sighed. She wanted to look at the time but the wristwatch she was always wearing was gone. There's a grandfather's clock in the corner of the room but it's not even moving.

"I'll look at the outside later when it's nearing sunset. I need to check this room first to see If I can go outside."

Paranoya decides to check everything she finds in the room. She first uncovered the furniture and was speechless when she saw that it was all broken.

"Why put these pieces of garbage here and cover them?"

After the pieces of furniture, she tried opening the old boxes and was surprised to see it was full of stuffed toys.

"Wow! So many cute stuffed toys. Wait...why does it look so familiar?"

Paranoya thinks deeply before her eyes light up when she finally remembers where she saw the stuffed toys.

"It's from my favorite cartoon show when I was a child. Damn. That show was so famous back then that all their merch displays in the mall will be sold out in just a minute."
