"Its so silent everywhere at this time."
Shubham was sitting at the bank of Ganges alone at 2am in the morning. He does not know what took him there. He just had a fight with Kriti and he went out and drove his bike wherever he felt like and finally at 2am he came to the riverside and he sat there. For quite some time he sat there silently when he started murmuring to himself.
"Its so silent everywhere at this time. Why isn't the entire day like this? Why isn't life a little simple?
We were kids and we wanted to grow up so badly, we are adults now and we want to go back to being kids so badly, what do we actually want?"
"Maybe she was right, maybe I am not capable of anything, maybe that is the reason I am still struggling, its been 8 years and I have been still struggling to do something successful. Maybe there is something wrong in me. Every dream that I once had is now shattered, I couldn't get a good childhood during school, so I tried to build a school for children, that failed. I went on to ecommerce business and that is also failing. Maybe I am not built for this."
He stopped.
He looked at the river and he stood up and slowly started walking towards the river until the cold icy water of the Ganga touched his feet. He was wearing a loafer shoe, a blue jeans and a casual shirt. The water swooped through his shoes and his feet were now wet. The light of the moon was creating sparkles on the water and Shubham was able to see his own reflection there.
He became angrier.
