Meeting The Blue Turtle 🐢💙

Y/n was doing their homework quietly in their room, trying to block out the commotion of the city below. There was one noise they didn't block out though, a thud from the rooftop. It was loud, extremely loud.

Y/n: "The hell was that?!"

They went to go check it out, luckily the rooftop door was unlocked. They had to admit, they were shocked in what they saw. It looked like a battle had just happened. There was one creature, or person, left. They were laying down silently, the only noise was their heavy breathing. They were obviously injured. The weirdest part was that they looked like... a turtle? But either way, Y/n wanted to help. 

Y/n: "H-Hey, are you okay?"

The turtle got startled at first and immediately sat up, but after seeing Y/n, the turtle calmed.

Leo: "S-Sorry, you startled me..."

He tried to get up, but he winced and fell back down to a knee.

Y/n: "L-Let me help you up."

Y/n offered their hand and Leo took it. They put Leo's arm around their neck to help him keep stable.

Y/n: "You can lean on me if you need to."

Leo: "Thanks..."

Y/n: "No problem. Happy to help."

*Time skip, Y/n's apartment. They had already collected medical supplies*

Leo and Y/n were sitting in silence while they were helping him bandage himself.

Leo: "Thank you..."

Y/n: "Again, not a problem."

Y/n smiled kindly and Leo returned it.

Leo: "I'm Leonardo by the way, but you can just call me Leo."

Y/n: "Nice to meet ya Leo, I'm Y/n."

Leo: "Pleasure." 

After another quick minute of silence...

Leo: "I-I better get going, my siblings are gonna start worrying-"

Y/n: "Alright, can you walk okay?"

Leo: "Think so-"

Leo got up and tried walking around. He was successful luckily.

Leo: "Yep-!" 

Y/n: "Alright, good. See you around? Or not- I don't know-"

Leo chuckled

Leo: "I don't know either, guess fate will tell bud. Should I just use the front door-?"

Y/n: "Anyway you want is fine-"

Leo: "Uhm- I might go out the window to be honest. Don't want to be spotted."

Y/n: "Alright."

Leo opened the window and started climbing out

Leo: "Adiós amigo!" (Goodbye friend)

Y/n chuckled and waved bye.
