Once upon a time there was a girl named Maryse. She was a quite joyful girl she enjoyed her life and took every chance she had to improve herself. She liked everything about life, its nature and its living. She never hurt anyone. She believed there is good in everyone and everything. She managed to survive among the darkest people without knowing, because she only saw the good in people. Her biggest fear was to lose someone, but now her biggest fear is ending up alone.

Maryse grew up with a big family. She was happy and never thought her life could change at any time. She lived in Syria in the war. Maryse was a scared little girl who fought for her life, tried living even though she didn't know if she would survive the day. When they heard the helicopter, they ran to the fridge, and they used to hide beside it. I mean imagine having to hide beside the fridge to secure your life from the helicopter which could just drop a bomb or something over you. It is better having hope than giving up easily. It was a beautiful shiny day outside Maryse, and her brothers went outside to play then they heard a helicopter her brothers ran to the house immediately she looked up and saw a helicopter just few inches above her, she stopped breathing, and she was shocked she just stood there and couldn't move a muscle. Her mother dragged her inside, and she was back. Just these few seconds it was like she wasn't there. However, her father managed to flee to Europe and her with the rest of her family managed to flee to Turkey. It was very hard it is never easy to leave your home as a 7-year-old. Even though she was a little girl she remembers every single second of it. Something is just hard to forget.

1 and a half year later her father managed to get them to Europe to Norway. Living in Turkey wasn't easy. It was better than hearing helicopters and screams. They lived with their grandparents in Turkey Maryse and her siblings were treated differently from her cousins. Her mom had to work to get them food and pay the bills. Her life in Norway got so much better she got friends, and her life was normal. Even though at first, she found it hard to fit in, you know it is not easy to be among others unless you weren't like worth taking into the group. She started playing football at first it was hard, and it needed good effort, sometimes she thought about quitting but then she saw this boy playing on the field he controlled the ball like it was a part of him she wanted that, and she promised herself to become as good as him.

She decided not to quit and just keep playing. Football was like therapy to her, it was everything. Her sisters never let her in it was nearly impossible to go out with them and hang out. They never invited her anywhere, but she got through it with playing football. On the field she focused only on the game and didn't care about anyone else. Well, her brothers let her in she loved spending time with them, and they became a big part of her life. They supported her no matter what and she did the same to them. One night she was crying, laying there on her bed her brother walked in and sat with her and stroke over her hair and told her everything is going to be okay. She was crying because her sisters were mocking her. She got over it all and promised herself to give her brother the life she never had, a person she never got. Her mother used to take her out and spend time with her, because she knew how she was feeling. She felt like she owes her mom everything, and she tried so hard to be the god daughter but just couldn't.

Football meant everything to her. After deciding to continue playing football she started watching ever game that boy played just to learn the technique. She watched every single game. She fell in love with him he became a big part of her life. Eventually she played like him she had the control and it felt amazing to be able to know the rules having the technique and control. She knew she was never getting a chance with him she just watched him from far. She started training with the boys' team, and he was there. She never looked at her she didn't even try, because she wasn't expecting anything she just wanted to love him from far. Then he started talking to her like a teammate, he smiled at her. She healed slowly and life was amazing. Then everything changed she watched him as he fell in love with someone else it hurt like hell. Maryse had never felt this pain ever, that was the pain of love her first love. She tried moving on, but never could she always love him, and he will stay a part of her forever.

Even though her family wasn't perfect, she never thought they would fall apart. Her mom wanted to move away but she had friends and her life meant living here. Football and everything else she thought would never end even him. The thought of not seeing him every day broke her. She was overthinking it all how could her mother not think about her, she only thought about herself. Last day at school before summer brake she was saying goodbye to her friends. Everyone cried, Mayse too she was devastated. She thought they would never leave her, and that they would have contact. But when she left no one called or asked about her. Everyone was having fun in the meantime she was living in hell. After moving out everything changed everything was dark.

Her parents always fight, their fights never ended. She got sick of everything and everyone, the new school was awful. Everyone was nice but she was afraid to have friends and having to move again. Her mother wanted divorce. Her father could never agree to that. He tried being a good person getting her everything she wanted, at least tries what he could. She was greedy and always wanted what people have her mother. That was what she hated about her mother; she hated her mother the day they moved to a new town. Anyway, her mother had problems with her car and there was a man outside fixing her car, she watched them from the window, but then she saw something was wrong she wasn't supposed to be that close to him. Maryse sent her brother outside to stand with them because something was going on. She hated her mother more and more. Her father found out later about her mother's relationship with that man, so her father threatened her mother to leave him and forget about getting divorced from him.

Things began getting serious, she hated her life more and more every day. One day she was back from school. She opened the door and walked straight to the stairs Hedding to her room to live her bag and change like she always does. She heard a voice before taking a step further to the stairs. It was her brother he called her name; she turned back and saw two women sitting in the living room with her brother. She looked at her brother he looked scared and pale. She walked toward them and asked her brother "what is going on". He said with a broken voice the police came and took father they were with shields and weapon. He also said that mom was also taken to witness. She wanted to cry so bad, but she had to stay strong for her brother. The woman told her not to tell anyone and not to call anyone. She got even more scared, and she knew she had to tell her sisters.

She called her sister her voice was shaking she told her everything and she came running back to the house. It was her worst nightmare, but it was worse for her brother he was there when they took my father, he even opened the door to the police and saw everything. He told her father the police wanted to talk to him. Her father knew it was coming and he told Her brother to go to his room and not come down no matter what. He went up to his room crying and he called her mother not knowing she was behind everything. That selfish, greedy, manipulative liar. She hated her even more.

The day after Maryse had to go to school and act like nothing happened, she was never focused and could never get her father out of her mind she was always thinking about him where he was, and most importantly how he was. She couldn't take it anymore she cried every day in her room standing infront of that window looking for a sign of hope that everything wil be fine. Her sisters stoped meeting her mother and never talked to her after that. She was scared and she hated her mother for everything she put her through. She cried and cried at night, and no one heard her. She still cries quietly.

After her father got out it was like three months later. Everyone was on his side willing to live with him. He wanted only to revenge he never thought about the kids neither did the mother. Things got worse, and at this point she didn't find anything worth living for. She wanted to die, so deep had she gotten. Her mother got married and her father also did but just to get back at her mother. One day her mother's husband was in town and just the thought of her living hapily and her father crying in front of her destroyed her. Her father hated the thought of the other man living with his children. Maryse let her sister drive her and went to get her little siblings her mother pushed her against the door, and at that moment she was dead to her she hated her so much that she erased her. Her mother put that man above everyone else including her and her siblings. She moved out with her sister tried to survive alone no one was there for them and things got worse. They were all alone out there. She never showed anyone that she was in need or anything she kept living with what she had.

The worst part of it were leaving her brother behind. He was always on her mind day and night, but she couldn't do anything about it. They fell apart and there were only the memories left. Now she just has a boring life far from normal, far from being loved and far from everyone else. She was lost and miserable. She is not capable of love anymore she was too broken to let anyone in her life. She is left with the thought of not being loved and uncappable of love.
