Wonwoo from Seventeen was just out of reach. He held out his hand, but Peso Pluma found himself failing to make contact. Something was holding him back, and as he struggled to just graze Wonwoo's hand, tears streamed down his cheeks. His body felt confined to the bed where he lay, and he gave up in defeat as Wonwoo's image dissipated from his mind.
Then, the chiming of the clock.
Peso Pluma arose from the bed, touching his fingertips to his face. The tears were real, the dream was not. Another dreadful day post break-up, and Peso Pluma could only grudgingly get out of bed. Another day without Wonwoo from Seventeen was not a day the beaner would have liked to live. Yet this was his first day at his new high school, and he pledged to shift his focus from love to academics.
Ferociously wiping at his tear-streamed face, Peso Pluma dressed himself with a heavy sigh, and prepared his lunch for the day awaiting him.
Peso prepared his lunch (of tacos and other Mexican related foods and drinks) before heading to the studio (or the "Stu" as he liked to call it). He drove there in his baby blue vehicle -- a lowrider-pick-up hybrid -- and once he arrived, he looked to his band, his face clearly reading as that of a man's who yearned for silence rather than commotion. With his head in his hands, the band exchanged puzzled looks, yet Peso Pluma merely showed them an open palm.
Don't speak to me, it seemed to say.
