JUNGKOOK
My arm got the sudden bruise out of nowhere when there was no physical abuse on me. How is this happening?
"Are you okay, my lord? What sorcery is this?" Jimin asked.
I sighed. "This is the very first time this is happening to me as well."
"Did you do something? Like murdered a witch?" Jimin asked again.
I glared at him and said, "Have I got any lists about witches today? No right? I just...wait. I met a lost Fae this evening. Even her existence in this ember was weird. Let's find her."
Jimin and I went to the upper world and began to find her, when somehow I could easily feel her presence. It's like I can sense her energy, unlike others. We arrived at the training field, where I saw her standing in the middle of a war machine. "Leave us; I will take over here." I command Jimin to return.
I look around; there's a sight of a group of ladies playing harshly against that faerie while hiding away. "Are they pulling a trick on her?"
I release the strong wind to make them flow away, and the faerie gets to see who's tricking her. "You cheated, Yunshu!" They whined and ran away, so that's her untold name.
She held onto her bruised arm, and I approached her, making her stumble backwards, startled. "Oh! How did you find me here?" She asked.
Without answering, I grab her arm and look at it. It's the same place where I got the bruise mark out of nowhere. I point my nails at her skin, making a visible scratch, and I gaze at my arm; it's the same. How is this happening?
"What are you?" I asked sternly.
"A fairy. I mean, Pixie Faerie. Why?" She asked again.
Pixie faerie? Aren't they all going to go extinct when I wipe out all these creatures for the underworld? "Are you the only one left?" I asked.
She hummed, "Yeah, how did you know that? I thought only the Fae Lord knew it."
With that, she released her arm from me. "I want to go home. Why are you even here anyway?"
"Because of you," I said, making her look up.
"Why? Do I owe you something?" She asked while looking at me up and down.
"No, but..." I was trying to explain.
"Okay, I'm going then." She interrupted me and walked away immediately. I sighed while shaking my head.
Jimin suddenly appeared. "What have you got?"
"That faerie somehow connected to me. If she hurts, my body reacts to her symptoms. Figure that out for me. Now, I'm going to stay with her." I said.
"Copy that, my lord. Summon me for anything." Jimin said that and returned to the embers.
YUNSHU
I return home after a long day. I begin to treat my wound and cover it with a bandage. I can't believe those pricked faeries dare play a trick on me. No wonder they invited me to the training. How easy it is to fool yourself, Yunshu.
*Ding dong*
Now, who came to my house this late at night? I walk to my door to find the same male figure with his long black coat, but this time more neat than before. Maybe he does something to his hair or clothes. I don't know.
"Why are you here?" I asked about blocking the door. But he pushed me away and trespassed into my house. Accidentally, I grasped the wrong thing, which was his pants. I was actually expecting his hands that I was stopping on.
"What do you think you're doing?" He asked with furrowed eyes.
"Sorry, I didn't mean to be a pervert. I was trying to stop you with my hands." I explained while letting go of his pants waistband.
He looks around and says, "You seem ordinary to me. No dark spell or sorcery in here." He speaks.
"Of course I am; I was just those pixie dust fairies. What is wrong with you?" I asked.
"So, let me clarify this thing. You and I seem tied to each other for some reason." He begins.
I smirk at him and ask, "Okay, so what is the reason?"
"My right guy will figure it out, so till then, I will stay with you until I end this." He explained.
I scoffed. "Are you perhaps like me?"
