I CANT BELIEVE THIS

How It Started

I sat there staring at my phone, I wanted to scream but I was way to Overjoyed . I know it sounds strange but when I am shocked im speechless. The 2017 tour dates had been posted, and for the first time Bangtan Boys would be coming to Canada. They would be here for Four days to preform in about 7 months. They would be in Toranto about an hour from my house. Its sad being a Canadian Kpop fan, as we are always missed on "World" tours. Nevermind dealing with judgment from people who have not yet discovered the wonders of Korean pop music. But it is finally happening, Korea has recognized our existence and we will meet BTS. I immediately called my friend to share the big news but she didnt answer, so rushed over to her house. My friend was a really big Exo K fan but she didnt mind BTS and I felt the same about her Bias group.

When I arrived, she opened the door and was kinda confused why I had shown up at eight in the morning. Hannah was wearing grey basketball shorts and of course a black T- shirt that read Exo Wolf 88 and Chanyoels name along the back. "Hey Hannah guess what?" I said excitedly. Her eyes lit up and she knew it must be about Kpop. I only get this excited about Kpop. "BTS is coming to Toranto!" I blurted out. Hannah froze for a second and replied "No way, Do you have tickets yet?" I totally forgot about that. I had a Little heart attack until I remembered that we are in Canada and Nobody knows about Kpop anyway. "Not yet but your coming right?" Hannah looked at me as if I was stupid "Of course are you kidding me?" We went inside her house and started to read online about the concert. After about seven minutes we baught tickets, center column second row. This was going to be amazing!

When I returned home I continued to brows the Internet until I saw something at the bottom of an article. I followed the link and it was an add for a Bangtan Boys Contest. The heading read " We meet Canada and one of you meets us" one person gets to spend an afternoon with the boys. I almost died inside, I needed to win this contest. Each person had to submit a video dance cover of a BTS song and some additional information. The best Part was that the boys were choosing the winner and I would work so hard to make sure it was me. I only had three weeks to create the Best Bangtan Boys Cover of all time.

I chose Boy in Luv and worked every day to get the choreography down. I know that it was a pretty popular song and there would probably be many other enties but I had and idea. I filmed myself dancing the part of each guy and overlayed the screens to create 7 of myself. My dancing turned out to be really on point and I was confident I had a shot. I submitted my entry 2 days before the deadline and was notified the winner would be announced in 14 days. That was the longest two weeks of me life. I waited at my computer screen hoping I would be able to see them as more then pictures and videos. I watched every single clip on the Internet that I could find until that day came around. The 14th day arrived and an email was sent out. " There are two videos that we cannot choose between, our solution is to have both dancers to preform thier cover at the Toranto concert onstage. Then the crowd and Bangtan Boys will decide" The only thought going through my head was "Alright great who are they? " then another email popped up in my inbox. Your Video has been selected! I screamed. I was going to see Bangtan boys live in concert, preform on thier stage and have a chance to just hang out with them.

The email told me that I was to meet at The Air Canada Center, with only one other person at 12:00 pm sharp on August 17th. It said my lunch and arrangements would be taken care of. I was going to bring Hannah and I hadent even told her yet. I now had three tickets and I could sell one, bring someone else, give it away but at the moment I didnt really care I was going to preform with BTS. I imported tons more band merchandise from China and Korea in thoes 7 months and continued to practice my dance cover. It had to be perfect and I had to win.
