Chapter 2

ASTRA'S POV

I had to take a double take.

I must be blind because I'd never noticed it before.

There was a fucking Snake on Mateus' head.

I really didn't want to touch his hair now.

"That's a nice accessory"
I blurted.

Mateus gave me a look.

I walked to his desk and handed him a hair brush.

"Yeah all yours, I was only joking but I'm not touching your hair"
I chuckled.

I'm getting too bold.

"You shall do as I command but lucky for you I don't want your filthy hands touching me"
Mateus hissed.

Hissed just like that thing on his head.

"It looks like it wants to eat me for it's dinner"
I sighed.

"If you misbehave it shall"
Mateus warned.

"So personal maid? What do I do?"
I questioned.

Obviously I do as he commands but what about when his not commanding or when his busy?

"Stand there until I say otherwise"
Mateus glared.

I bowed in hopes it would improve his opinion on me.

I didn't like standing still so I began tapping my foot.

"Silence"
Mateus snarled.

I stopped tapping.

Mateus handed me a letter.

"Send this off to those fools"
Mateus deadpanned.

I nodded and did it.

One random maid gave me a dirty look so I stuck my tongue out at her.

She made a disgusted noise and ran off.

I wonder if she fucks Mateus? I mean why else would she be mad? I'm his new personal maid?

She was quite old though.

Who knows? Maybe he likes them in there 60s?

No it was probably a one sided thing and all on her part.

Whatever he can fuck old Women if he wants.

I headed back to Mateus' who was now in the throne room and now stifled a laughed.

I just realized I made an entire scenario up on my head when it could quite literally be a case of she just doesn't like me.

This is what boredom does to a Woman.

"What's so funny?"
Mateus asked.

"Some old lady seems to have beef with me"
I shrugged.

Wasn't a lie.

"Very well"
Mateus deadpanned.

He didn't seem to arsed.

In that case he probably had no connection to the random old lady.

This entire job was painful as was my assignment from Hilda.
