Don't make pain turn you into sm you are not.Don't tit for tat.Kill them with kindness.Don't block your blessings trying to repay what someone did to you.Apologize when you can ,be good.Yes I know you'll look stupid in humans' eyes others will even see as miss/mr goody shoes(the one who plays innocent),but to God you'll be righteous.Sometimes you'll be surprised at how you get through some sh*t but you'll figure it out later it was God because of how of an effort you were trying to be righteous in His eyes.He is aware we aren't perfect.Always remember to leave it in the hands that created you and avoid taking matters into your own hands.He who planted the ear shall He not hear,He who formed the eye ,shall He not see(psalms 94:9) .The Lord will fight for you,He will hold your peace(Exodus 14:14)
