I know practically no-one reads these, but if you so happen to be here...hi.
This is just a heads up on a few pieces of background information on me as an author, which hopefully can guide you in how you treat this book.
First up, constructive criticism is always welcome, but please keep the comments nice, same as any other story you read, but I think it's worth mentioning.
Second, this is my first time writing with another character that is not my own. This means I may write EJ a little OOC, if you feel like anything is too far fetched, feel free to comment and let me know.
Thirdly, this work isn't meant to be incredible. Whilst I encourage and enjoy constructive criticism, I'm writing this as a way to escape burnout, so I might not put all your tips into practice. This is meant to be a fun little read for you and a fun little write for me (and I do mean little, this isn't intended to be long), so aside from making sure basic grammar and spelling is in place, I won't be doing much editing. That said, if anyone wants to offer their editing services, feel free to send me a message but I'm not expecting anyone to do so.
Fourth, like I said in the description, there will be some mentions of mature themes such as blood and mentions of sex, alongside some mild swearing, but no outright gore or sexual scenes, so I didn't tag it as mature because of how light these mentions are (in my opinion). If you feel it should be changed, message me and I'll change it!
And finally, some of my chapters are prewritten but a few of the later ones aren't. However, I'm publishing what I have got whilst I write the rest because I hope feedback from you all will help motivate me to complete this. The publishing schedule will be about one chapter per week, and I do aim to stick with it but my mental health hasn't been the best recently so we'll see how I do. As I said, a decent chunk is pre-written so I should be able to stick to it.
