We all froze in our positions. Me on top of a pirate with my arm in the air, my fist in a tight ball, and the other pirates shocked and scared... Why? Why would they be scared? Suddenly, Vaas stopped clapping but... The air still echoed with a clap. Vaas crossed his arms and a man in a black suit walked out from behind him. Each crunch of the fallen leaves under his shoes made the pirates flinch. Who the hell is he?

He wore a black suit, the top buttons undone. You could see a kinda red shirt buried under his black vest, and one single chain constricted around his neck. His trousers didn't have a single crease, and I'm not going to lie, he actually scared me.

"Up." Is all this man said, so I obeyed. I stood up quickly and looked at him, examining his face. Intimidating all right. But... He appears as a charmer... Well shit.

"So you must be Nikita. Nice to finally meet the woman who Vaas brought." The man smiled slightly and then look down at the pirate on the floor, he then peered over at the crowed of terrified pirates behind me.

"And the woman who can beat a bunch of pathetic pirates." He smiled.

"Where are my manners? I'm Hoyt. I run the privateers." A certain importance and proudness sounded in his voice.

"... I-I'm Nikita... I'm just... Me.." I began fading off towards the end, I even stumbled. Why am I so nervous and slightly scared around this guy?!?

"Don't be nervous. You only be nervous if you screw me off. And you have." Hoyt smiled at me again and gestured for me to follow, putting one of his hands in to his pocket.

I nodded and walked after him, keeping my head down to the floor. I would, every once in a while, see the dust that gathered after his heels. This won't end well. Hoyt walked in to a larger shack, so I followed after him.

The floor creaked ever so slightly under our weight and I looked up. The place was amazingly clean and organised. Damn.

"HEY!" Hoyt yelled at me and I jumped back, looking at him.

"That's the fifth fucking time!" Hoyt shook his head angrily. I nodded quickly and gulped.

"At the rate you're going, Vaas will have no pirates. You've already caused enough problems, and now you choose to ignore me? How stupid do you think I am to just let you go?!" Hoyt growled the last part to me in pure anger. I couldn't say anything to defend myself, SHIT!

Hoyt began walking to me, stopping right in front of me. I looked up to him and I can certainly see why he could be charming to girls... Like seriously (XD). He put a hand behind my head and suddenly I jerked forward, landing on my knees. He slammed my head on to the oak, dark brown table that stood before the T.V. I felt a panic go through me but I didn't fight, oh god help me.

Hoyt leaned over me and picked up the shimmering knife that layed on the table before me.

"This will be a warning." He said softly, placing the knife to my ear. Shit, he's gonna cut my ear off isn't he?! Oh shit! I clenched my fists so tight that my knuckles turned white. I felt the blade slice upwards and an extremely sharp pain spread from my ear and down through my body.

I clenched my fists tighter as the blade sliced down, causing more pain. A pained grunt escaped me as the swiped up, and down quickly. I couldn't hold it in anymore and I grunted in extreme pain, releasing a few pained words. Suddenly he stopped and threw the knife on to the table with a clanc!

Hoyt let go of my hair and stepped back, leaving me slumped, on my knees on the table. I felt the warm liquid go down my face, not to mention the unbearable pain that swarmed my body. I slowly rose and instantly put my hand to my currently hanging off ear, at least he didn't cut it off :).

Hoyt just stood there smiling.

"Take this as a warning sweet heart" Hoyt said as I walked past him and outside. My head panned to Vaas and the pirates who were now outside the shack, shock all over their faces.
