(Picture is Tina!
"Melody! Please. Grab my hand!" I screamed.
"Parker! Help me!" I tried to reach her hand but she fell deeper into the river. The water consuming over my sister as she got carried down stream.
"Melody!!!"I screamed waking up in cold sweats.
Melody. I am so sorry I couldn't save you. I slowly go up from my twin sized bed and glanced around my room. My old wood dresser sat on the other side of my room next to my flatscreen with Xbox attached. I slowly walked over my closet and started looking through my clothes.
"Parker. Breakfast is ready!" I heard my mom call down from the kitchen.
"I'll be down in a second. Is Tina here yet?" I yelled back.
"Sup bitchacho!" I heard her yell back and start laughing with my mom. I rolled my eyes and grabbed a black shirt and a white leather jacket. I quickly took of my big nightshirt and threw on the top. The leather jacket was tight around my arms, but when I zipped it, it made my boobs look great. I walked over to my dresser and pulled on a light pair of skinny jeans. My black combat boots sat by the door. I stepped into them without socks, feeling the leather against my toes. I shuddered but didn't care, I hate socks anyways.
"Par come on your going to be late!" I heard my mother yell again.
"I'm getting ready!" I walked across the hall to the bathroom and starts doing my makeup with just winged eyeliner, mascara, and foundation. I brushed my teeth and went to look back in the mirror when I saw the same girl I saw the night before looking at me. Her black eyes look like they were crying black.
"What do you want?" I asked softly and shakily.
"We need your help Parker Sky." Her voice sounded like she was choking.
"With...with what?" I asked, gripping the sink tightly.
"With Cassius." And with the name she vanished in a blink of an eye. I gulped and backed up, knocking down the things that where on the sink. My brother Kellen walked out of the room next to the bathroom and laughed.
"Stand much Parker?" I rolled my eyes and kicked the bathroom door closed. I loved my brother, but he was a real pain in my ass. He had brown hair like me, spiked in the front and bright blue eyes. We looked like twins but he was a year older than I. He's a junior in college and I'm sophomore so...he's 20 im 19. Anyways.I brought myself back to reality and walked downstairs, grabbing my black book bag and looked at Tina who was shoving a piece of toast in her mouth. I rolled my eyes and opened the fridge and grabbed an apple.
"Bread makes you fat you know Tina." I looked at her and took a bite of my apple.
"If rather die fat and happy." She took another bite of toast. I rolled my eyes and bit down on the apple again, feeling the juice slowly roll down my chin.
"Parker really. Act like a lady!" My mouth pestered as her curly blonde hair bounced around her thin head as she ran around the kitchen, getting ready for work. I always envied how skinny she was, like a twig. Such a tiny thing. I got my body from my father. I am skinny...maybe 128 pounds for being 5'3". Doctors said it was normal, but I know I should loose a couple pounds.
"Come on Park. Let's get to class on time for once." She downed her glass of orange juice and pulled on a grey beany. Her grey oversized hoodie matched perfect, but she should have chosen dark skinny jeans instead of light. I shrugged it off and grabbed my keys and kissed my mother on the cheek.
"Hey dweeb! Don't forget you have work tonight! Kellen laughed and hugged our mom as we walked out of the house. He walked to him black sunfire and sped off quickly.
"Your brother is still hot no matter what you say." Tina laughed. I elbowed her in the side and shook my head.
"He looks like me bro!" I laughed and got into my concord. She got in the passenger side and shrugged.
"Still a hot guy. Take it as you wish my dear friend." She laughed and looked out at the sky. "It's going to storm." She groaned.
"When doesn't it in Winchester?" I laughed and pulled out of the driveway.Out college is 35 miles from my house, so on the way Tina turned the radio up all the way and sang along to every song. Every...song. Even the bad ones. But her voice was so amazing, it even bad the bad songs sound great. I smiled as we pulled into the park lot. I narrowed my eyes as I saw the whole parking lot full of cars.
"Wanker took my spot!" I spat as I saw a green but parked in my parking spot.
"Just go to mine. It's by the English department anyways." Tina said softly as she picked up her purse from the floor. I pulled into her spat and got out, grabbing my black back park then locked the car. I started walking to the enterance till I saw him. He was leaning against the wall, a took pick in his mouth, his dark hair spiked now and out of his face. His beautiful blue eyes dancing in the sun. The guy from the diner. I cleared my throat and looked at Tina.
"Hey. I'll uh see you after class.* I ran off to where the handsome guy was leaning against the wall.
"Excuse me sir, but are you stalking me?" I could help but laugh some, probably more nervous that flirtatious.
"Maybe I am. Maybe I'm not. The name is Cassius. But please call me Cas. I don't want us to be strangers." He smiled and took my hand in his. He took out his toothpick with the other brought the top of my hand to his lips as he kissed it gently. I snatched my hand back and glared at him. Then it hit me...again. The girl said Cassius. Help with Cassius.
"Do you see things?" I blurted out.
"What kind of things Parker?" He smiled and leaned back against the wall.
"Ghost. Do you see ghost?" I asked nervously. This guy must think I'm a freak or something.
"Yes I do see ghost. And demon and vampires and all the things that go bump in the night." He laughed and tilted his head back. Yeah, he thought I was crazy.
"You could have just said no instead of mocking me." I turned on my heels to walk away when he grabbed my arm and pulled me back to him.
"I'm not mocking you. I'm some what of a creature of night." He closed his eyes and when he opened them, they were black as night. That's when everything went black.--------------------------------------
