Pathetic Attempts

Olivia sat on the kitchen bar with Spencer between her legs, nibbling on her neck as she ate on the tub of ice cream she found in his freezer. Dressing in nothing but her underwear and one of his old t shirts, her legs were free for his hands to roam. She giggled under his soft caress as his hands 5 up and down her naked calves.

"Down boy." Liv snickered, sitting her spoon into the pint of frozen treat before pressing her hands into Spencer chiseled, bare chest.

Dressing in nothing but a pair of red basket ball shorts, Spencer, too, was comfortable from their afternoon of intimacy. "Ma won't be back for a least another thirty minutes." He pouted, kissing her collarbone. "And there is so much I can do to you in that time."

"We have to get dressed and presentable, Spencer. I don't want your mom to think we impulsively jumped back into bed together. I want her to see that we are serious about working on our relationship, not just to get our rocks off." Olivia mused, gently removing his suckling mouth from her skin.

Smacking his lips playfully, Spencer pulled away. "Alright." His eyes twinkled towards her throat area. "But pretty hard to hide obvious what we were doing with all those hickeys trailing down your neck." He chuckled, proud of his artwork.

"Spencer!" Liv immediately scolded, her hands shooting to her throat.

"Don't act like you weren't enjoying it." Spencer grumbled, tugging her by the waist to inch closer to him.

"Whatever." She grunted, melting into his hold as he wrapped her into a warm embrace. "Your mom is...."

"My mom loves you like a daughter and will be happy to know she finally gonna get the daughter-in-law she always knew I would marry." Spencer interjected before Olivia could put herself down.

Blushing, Olivia said nothing about how her heart warmed hearing how far ahead Spencer seemed to be thinking for them. She rested her chin onto his shoulder, enjoying the moment, only for the comfortable silent to break under to the sound of the elevator monitor buzzing, alerting Spencer of a visitor.

Groaning, Spencer untangled himself from Olivia to go check the camera to see who it was.

"It's Tee." He shouted from the other room before making his way back to a now sour Olivia.

"I thought you told her to stop dropping by without calling for first?" Olivia muttered, hopping off the bar, standing straight on her feet.

"I did." Spencer responded melancholy. "Maybe it's urgent. Let me go put on a shirt." He jogged upstairs.

Rolling her eyes, Olivia left the kitchen to the foyer area where the camera system was set up on the wall mount. Pressing in the code, Olivia let Tee up the elevator shoot.

Waiting for the elevator doors to open in the front of the penthouse, Olivia crossed her arms with a stern expression. The doors slid open, and Tee walked in, mirroring a similar look as Olivia.

Scanning Olivia from her to toe, Tee couldn't resist, "Do you walk around your house half dressed at home in Portland too? Lord knows what your daughter must find appropriate."

"Do you drop by all your colleagues' homes unannounced? Or just the men you are hoping to screw?" Olivia retorted, returning the same energy given.

"I have news that is more important than getting Spencer to jump your bones, unfortunately." Tee laughed, believing she must've interrupted something between Spencer and his irriating baby momma.

"Fortunately for us both, Spencer already jumped by bones to my full satisfaction." Olivia replied smugly, earning a stiffened eye roll from Tee. "I'm sorry, that was probably too much information, huh?"
