Chapter 4

3rd P.O.V!

Sasuke and Mito stared at the two Jonin in shock. They both had watched their team mates take out the two Jonin with ease. Naruto was walking towards Sakura who had been trying to stop the bleeding Kushina was suffering from the slash across her chest. Naruto was dragging the unconscious Kakashi by the back of his Jonin vest while his left hand was in his pocket.

Naruto: "Guess she didn't put up much of a fight?"

Sakura: "The fact she hadn't even noticed I had made a clone made it even more easy."

Naruto: "Of course. Your clone attacking would distract her so when you attacked from for real. She wouldn't expect you to be strong enough to deal with her even if she knew the plan. Now, step aside so I can keep her alive."

Sakura stood up and backed up allowing Naruto who dropped the unconscious Kakashi to the ground while walking to Kushina. Kneeling down, he placed his hand on her shoulder. As soon as his hand touched her, the cut healed and Naruto stood up.

Naruto: "There, she is healed but now we need to wait for them to wake up."

Mito walked out her hiding place staring at the two shocked. She couldn't believe that the two had taken out two Jonin with ease. Her eyes were drawn down towards Kushina who had previously been close to death but was now simply unconscious. Naruto stood with his hands in his pockets before turning his attention towards her with a board expression.

Naruto: "Is something wrong?"

Mito: "What happened to you two. I thought you two hated each other?"

Naruto shrugged a bit and turned his attention towards her fully.

Naruto: "Eh, we got over our hatred of each other and we trained for a while. After that we have an understanding on how things work from now on."

She looked at the two surprised as Sakura spoke up.

Sakura: "What he's saying is that as long as I'm not in the way then we're on relatively good grounds. Though he's still ruthless as always."

Naruto: "Pretty much. Though I could use a shrine maiden for Malevolent Shrine."

This caught all their attention. Sasuke stepped out his hiding spot.

Sasuke: "What Malevolent Shrine?"

Naruto grew an evil smirk as he slowly raised his hands up, a chill ran up their spines as Sakura quickly turned and was about to take off running however Naruto spoke up.

Naruto: "Oh no you don't. If you move then I'll kill you myself. I wanted to test if you could survive me using my domain."

She began sweating in fear however Naruto burst into laughter catching the three off guard.

Naruto: "Relax, if I used Malevolent Shrine then I'd destroy Konoha in an instant. I'm simply messing with you for now. Anyway, who wants lunch?"

Mito: "But we didn't get the bells?"

Naruto nodded before speaking up once more though in a calmer tone.

Naruto: "Guess that means only Sakura and I can eat the food. Though if you don't eat then you won't be able to fight at your full power meaning you'd be holding me back..."

These words sent shivers up their spines as they remembered what he had threatened to do to Sakura the day prior. That was enough for the two to decide to eat after all. Naruto pulled out a small sealing scroll from his pocket. He unrolled it before pouring some Chakra into the seal causing it to poof into smoke. Once the smoke died down, it reveled a large amount of food.
