she was here with notti shopping for her mother at the house cause she was sick but notti disappeared once they stepped into the store
layla went towards the cinnamon toast crunch and picked up two boxes and put them in the cart
once she was about to turn around she seen notti coming over with two bags of hot fries
"you ran off like a little kid once we stepped in here" Layla said
"aye it's a store I had to" Notti said putting the two bags in the cart
layla started moving the cart but the stopped once she seen a box of pop tarts
"you tryna go to the park later?" Notti asked
"of course" Layla smiled
Notti nodded with a smile on his face as they continued to shop
"uh can you go get bread ima be at the line" Layla said making notti nod and walk off
Layla watched him walk to another aisle and slowly made her way towards the medical aisle
she slowly roamed around it until her eyes fell on what she was looking for The Pregnancy Test.
she grabbed two boxes and quickly hid it in the cart underneath the cereal boxes
she then started making her way out the aisle going to the register and huffed not seeing no line
she passed the cashier the two pregnancy tests and once she beeped it she made sure to put it in a bag
"how old are you?" the female cashier asked
"uh.. twenty" Layla lied with a smile on her face
"wow that's crazy cause you don't look twenty at all" the female cashier said
"how old do I look then?" Layla said furrowing her eyebrows
"like seventeen" the female cashier said getting her actual age right
layla shook her head with a cringed facial expression on her face
notti came over with the bread and gave it to the cashier
"hm.. boyfriend?" the cashier said looking at layla
"actually husband see we got married at the age of eighteen" layla lied once again
