AN: I know some of you have read this chapter, but I decided to make some adjustements. The storyline is still the same but I changed some things. Enjoy:)

Caterina's POV

"Quie est estis tiempor Imperia?" (What is it this time, Imperia?) The voice is unfamiliar and edged with irritation.

A figure emerges from the forest, and I observe Princess Imperia and Athan bowing respectfully. The person's appearance catches my attention immediately: his hair is a striking shade of almost white, his eyes are very light blue, and his skin is very light. He scans between Imperia and me, clearly puzzled.

As he approaches, he asks, "Oh, wo est estis?" (Oh, who's this?) His gaze is fixed on me, and he watches intently as I fidget nervously.

His nose twitches slightly, and his eyes widen as he seems to detect something unusual. He turns back to Imperia with a hint of terror. "Imperia. Esra tou traedi ro ad mi occid?" (Imperia, are you trying to get me killed?) he asks, his voice a mix of confusion and fear.

I cannot understand their language, and the tension in the air adds to my anxiety. Imperia responds calmly, "Nat Alistair. Weous estay decere tour espostua. An homan ingressud nost mund." (No, Alistair. We need to tell your wife. A human entered our world.) She glances at the unknown man, who lowers his gaze and swallows hard. Why is he afraid?

His head lifts, and he looks at Imperia and Athan with a questioning expression. He then speaks, "Solu non audits ro tou" (She only listens to you).

Imperia's response is immediate, and then he turns his gaze toward me. "Sey..." (Yes...) he says with a small, reassuring smile.

I am disoriented and anxious. I don't understand their language, and I am scared. The situation seems dire, and I am unsure of what might happen next.

Alright... I don't know what is going on... I don't understand anything they are saying... I almost died... and there's a chance I still might.

Desperately seeking clarity, I ask, "Excuse me, what is going to happen to me?"

Athan, with a smirk that doesn't help my nerves, replies, "We're going to kill you."

The words strike me with a sense of horror. However, the mysterious man quickly interjects with a smile, "He's messing with you. We'll help you go home. Somehow..." His comforting demeanor is a big contrast to Athan's earlier comment, and I see Imperia give Athan a gentle nudge, prompting him to relax slightly.

He turns his gaze toward me, his eyes piercing and inquisitive. "What is your name?" he asks with a slight accent, his tone both commanding and curious.

I feel a sudden pang of vulnerability under his intense gaze. I look down, trying to gather my thoughts, and finally manage to say, "My name is Caterina." My voice is soft, almost a whisper, betraying my unease.

Alistair's expression softens slightly, though his demeanor remains attentive. He nods in acknowledgment, his eyes still fixed on me. "Okay, Caterina. My name is Alistair," he says with a polite nod. "Your scent is very strong, so I will need to cast a spell to mask it for now," he explains, his voice taking on a more professional tone.

His statement catches me off guard. "Mask it?" I say, confusion evident in my voice.

"Yes," Alistair confirms, a hint of seriousness in his eyes. "In the supernatural world, scents can reveal a lot about a person, including their identity. To protect you and us from any potential danger, it's best to conceal your scent."

I take in his words with a mix of relief and fear. Though the situation is still unclear, it seems that Alistair and the others intend to help me navigate this strange and frightening situation.
