AS THEY START THEIR WALK, across the desert toward the city of Mos Espa. In the distance, a strange looking caravan makes its way toward the spaceport.
The blonde squinting her eyes, looking around, seeing nothing but sand.
" Da sun doen murder to mesa skin. " Andromeda laughed, patting Jarjars arm. " I'm sure your skin, will be fine, Jarjar. "
From the spaceship, Captain Panaka and Padme come running toward them, andromeda turned around, furrowing her eyebrows.
" Wait! Wait. " Qui-Gon stopped as they catched up with the group.
Padme is dressed in rough peasant's garbs, Panaka seems hesitant, but a glance from Padme forces him to speak.
" Her Highness commands you to take her handmaiden with you. She wishes for her to observe the local... " Andromeda raised her eyebrows, looking to Qui-gon.
" No more commands from Her Highness today, Captain. This spaceport is not going to be pleasant. "
" The Queen wishes it. She is curious about this planet. " Panaka expressed, wishing the jedis would just comply.
" I've been trained in self-defense. I speak a number of languages. I can take care of myself. " Padme added.
Panaka looked back to the ship. " Please don't make me go back and tell her you refused. "
Qui-gon sighed, nodding his head. " I don't have time to argue. But this is not a good idea. Keep close to Andromeda. " He gave Padme a stern look, turning to andromeda, giving her a nod.
The group starts out as Panaka returns to the ship. " Padme. " The fourteen year old spoke, catching the blondes attention.
Andromeda smiled. " Andromeda. "
" Your name is gorgeous, does it have any backstory? " Padme asked, andromeda glanced over to padme, giving her a small nod.
" My mother named me after the andromeda star. Andromeda was a mortal Goddess, but true to her word, Athena put Andromeda among the stars after her death, making her immortal. " The young girl explained.
Padme smiled in awe. " Your name is absolutely darling, remi. " Andromeda furrowed her eyebrows. " Remi? " she asked, a smile on her face.
" Oh, i'm sorry, i just kinda blurted out. " Padme apologized. " No, no, i love it, thank you, padme. "
The little group walks down the main street of Mos Espa. They pass dangerous looking citizens of all types. Padme and Andromeda looked around in awe.
" Tatooine is home to Jabba the Hutt, who controls most of the smuggling, piracy, and slavery that funds this world. "
