Chapter 38 Our Home

It was a rainy day. There was lightning and thunder in the sky, and the raindrops kept falling, hitting the beach and making small holes.

After having a relationship, it was as if an invisible rope was tied between the two. Clarence was no longer overly defensive, and Alex was no longer frightened.

They have struck a delicate balance and are at peace with each other.

Taking advantage of the heavy rain, Alex helped Clarence take a bath to wash away the traces of love and debt, and gently advised the man to get dressed.

Clarence didn't really like wearing human clothes, so he simply turned back into an octopus mermaid and stretched lazily, feeling both physically and mentally satisfied.

Seeing that the man was willful, Alex didn't force it. He twisted the man's wet long hair and simply tied it into a ponytail, serving him comfortably.

After doing these things, Alex felt a little dazed. He stood there and stared at the raindrops in a daze, his thoughts having drifted thousands of miles away.

With his tentacles rolled up, Clarence put his arm around Alex's waist, took him into his arms, and walked towards the forest. He asked bluntly: "What are you thinking about?"

Alex paused and covered himself up. He was at a loss and showed a tired look: "I'm so tired and want to sleep."

Clarence touched Alex's side lovingly, hugged him and walked into the cabin together: "Go to sleep, I'll accompany you." Holding you."

Alex was really tired, his tentacles wrapped around him tightly, he still fell asleep, and held his claws in his arms like a pillow, as if he was grasping some life-saving straw.

Clarence propped up his chin and looked at the young man's sleeping face. The ravine of lack of hope was filled by another lack of love, and he felt very satisfied in his heart.

But upon closer inspection, more grains of hope were subtly buried in the tentacles. They were restless, covering the young man's delicate skin, squirming gently, like an airtight net, tightly closing the tentacles. Alex blocked it tightly, domineering and affectionate, full of selfish possessiveness.

In his sleep, Alex frowned slightly, as if he was aware of the external environment, and slept very restlessly. Clarence didn't want to make him uncomfortable, and was reluctant to let go of his tentacles, so he could only carefully avoid Alex. from behind, patting the young man's back comfortingly.

The claws were not very happy, and the meat that reached the mouth just flew away. Clarence forcefully suppressed their expectations and told them, don't worry, they will scare people away. There is still a long time, and there will always be a chance to try all the postures they have seen.

Alex didn't sleep well, but it wasn't to the point of having nightmares. He was still the first to wake up. He was in a daze for a while, and then looked outside the wooden house unconsciously.

The rain outside has stopped. After the heavy rain washed away, the night sky was filled with stars. Alex spent two days and one night in a state of confusion. His mind replayed the events of the past two days, including shame, joy, embarrassment, and a blank mind. Everything, everything, was an experience he had never imagined before, extremely indulgent and decadent.

However, after two days, Alex felt that time passed so slowly. The life on the island was too leisurely, completely different from the busy and fulfilling life on the shore.

In the human continent, Alex has to deal with many matters every day, plan every step for the future, exercise and upgrade his strength, and if he doesn't work hard or chase, he will be abandoned by the world.
