"Blegh.."

Aurelia expelled the half-cooked pancake that Ni-ki had prepared for her. She placed the utensils on the table while Ni-ki's jaw descended in astonishment. "Aurelia?! Why did you spit it out? Isn't it delicious?" He sulked, grasping the plate to inspect the pancake he had made for the young girl.

"It has a powdery taste," murmured Aurelia, lifting her small pink cup and beginning to sip her chocolate beverage in small quantities.

Ni-ki stood frozen in place, pondering the word "powder" as he tilted his head and examined the pancake box. After picking it up and re-reading the instructions, he still couldn't identify the issue. With a perplexed expression, he placed the plate back on the counter and awkwardly scratched his head.

After consuming the chocolate drink, Aurelia stood up from the stool and proceeded towards the sofa to retrieve her backpack. Ni-ki swiftly redirected his attention from the pancake box and glanced at her.

"Aurelia, are you not interested in eating any more?" he inquired, displaying a slight pout as Aurelia put on her pink backpack and glanced back at him.

"No, I'm satisfied. Although, thank you for preparing the meal," she responded, shaking her head. Ni-ki sighed and approached her, playfully tousling her hair and crouching before her.

"Are you sure? Won't you become hungry?" he queried once more, seeking confirmation as Aurelia nodded. Eventually, Ni-ki conceded, smiling at her. He scooped up Aurelia, carrying her in his arms.

"If you say so then," As they strolled through the mansion's hallway towards the entrance, the older gentleman affectionately kissed Aurelia's forehead. Ni-ki emerged from the house, with the maids and butlers bowing to him before closing the doors.

The chauffeur opened the car door for both Ni-ki and Aurelia to enter. After they got inside, the chauffeur went to the driver's seat and began driving the car.

The entire journey was filled with silence. Ni-ki caught a glimpse of Aurelia, who was simply gazing out the window. Heeseung and Jake became Aurelia's parents when she was an infant, and they both provided excellent care for her.

However, as she matured, she appeared to be quieter compared to other children. She had a dislike for socializing or interacting with unfamiliar individuals.

Niki sighed as he also stared out the window since he himself didn't know what to talk about with the little girl.

Sunoo let out a sigh and crouched down in front of Ri Hoon. "Okay, Ri Hoon, please say again what papa said to you earlier," he said, gently giving his daughter's shoulders a squeeze while the little girl smiled back at him.

"One, use formal words while speaking to new people!"

"Correct,"

"Two, if I see a friend getting bullied, I'll definitely let the teacher know and do whatever it takes to stop the bully from hurting my friend!"

Sunoo nodded with a smile.

"Three, never disrespect a teacher! If they're mean to me, I'll just let papa know and he'll deal with it!"

"Yes, Ri Hoon! Now what's the fourth and fifth one?" Sunoo cheered while patting Ri Hoon's head.

"Urm.. fourth is.." Ri Hoon's voice trailed off as she gently pressed her index finger against her chin. "Oh! Fourth is to kindly offer my stationery or food to friends who may not have any!" Her smile grew wider as Sunoo nodded in agreement.
