Catalina's POV:
March 15, 1981
I woke up with my head was hurting like a bitch. I got up as I looked at my alarm. It was 9:21 am.

Too early.

My hair was too messed up and i walked out my room to head to the bathroom. I hear my name, "Cata." I turned to look and it was Richard. Shit. "Hold on!" I quickly walked to the bathroom. I was only wearing a short sleeve shirt and had my underwear on. Eh whatever. I peed and washed my face. I looked in the mirror I had my hair messed up, fixing it, I brushed my teeth. Leaving the bathroom as I got out.

I walked over to the living room, seeing Richard sitting down on the couch. I sat next to him.

"Hey..perdón i came over, your cousin let me in." He leaned back in the couch. "It's alright." I looked at him, he didn't have that expression on his face like yesterday. His face was more calm now. "I came to talk about yesterday. I'm sorry. Whatever i said yesterday. I didn't mean it." His expression was serious, but when he turned to look at me it softened slightly.

"What do you mean." I told him. He leaned in close to me, "You make me feel," He stayed silent. "You make me feel." He said quietly and fiercely. "And i don't like it. I want it to stop. now." I looked at him serious.
No. He can't be serious. I slightly leaned in close to kiss him but he pushed me back, his hands on my shoulders. "Porque no quieres que te bese." I told him.
He looked at me straight in the eyes. "If I kiss you, i don't think I'd be able to stop." He let go of me, standing up as he walked over to the door. He stopped and looked at me. "Forget about me. I'm not good for you." He said as he left.

I stood up, walking over as i open the door but he was already gone.

Kali comes out of my sisters room. "Damn." She says as she walked by me, going to the kitchen.

I wanted to cry. Fucking asshole.

I closed the door, going to my room. "Cata! You not eating?" Kali says as I walked away. "I'll eat later." I yelled back at her.

I went to my telephone and called my brother immediately. He answered.

"Yo." He says "Beto. It's cata."

"Que paso?" He asks me, I fidgeted my fingers with my shirt. "What did you tell Richard." I asked him.

He stayed silent.

"I don't want you near him. He's..."

He stayed silent again.  "What? He's what?"

"He has problems cata. That's why he's here in LA. He's a drug addict. He also does some other shit but.. just don't be near him. Okay?" He says.

"Beto, Me enamore de el." I told him. "I don't know what to do.."

He stayed silent, i guess he didn't know what to say.

"What do you see in him?" He finally speaks.

"Everything you don't. I can tell he's hurt." I told him.

"Cata. I just don't want you to get hurt. Plus he's older." He says. "I know but that doesn't change anything. Just let me.. let me talk with him. I want to get to know him." He sighed. "Esta bien pues. Just know he does some shit, im kicking his and your ass."
I smiled. "Yeah. I know. No te preocupes." I couldn't stop smiling. "Ándale pues, I'll see you later. Kali got me doing orders right now." He says. "Bye pues." I say before hanging up.

It was 3:30 pm. I was at my brothers place. Outside with Andrea. We were catching up.

"HAHAAHA" Andrea was laughing. "No te ríes cabrona." I told her as I laughed. We smoked a joint earlier and the high had gotten to us.

Richard's POV:

I woke up, Beto calling me. "RICHIEEEE!"

Tf he want? I got up and put on a shirt. Walking out the room as I walked over to him. He was drunk.

"Yoooo Richie. Look look. I talked with my carnala. You really got her enamorada cabron." He said.

I was confused.
He grabbed a beer and passed it to me. "Le go, we got everyone at the back. You can't be locked in the room all day mf."

I grabbed the beer and walked out with him. I didn't know anyone from his gang but they were chill. I sat down with them.

I heard laughing from the front of the house, i recognized a voice. It was her.

"Ey Beto imma go to the store real quick." He nodded as he continued talking with his group.

I walked over to the front of the house, seeing Andrea and her.

"He looks like he could fuck good too eh.." i heard Andrea say. I walked to them. They both were silent. Suddenly they burst out laughing. I smirked. Cata looked to happy, her eyes were fucking red. I put my hands on my front pockets. "you guys down to go to the store with me?" I ask them. Cata just drank her beer while Andrea agreed. "Suree." They both stood up. Cata chugged her beer before she walked. Andrea walked up to me and whispered. "If I were you.. I'd apologize." She says before walking to Cata.

I walk up to Cata as I grabbed her hand, still walking.
I whispered to her, "you mad at me?" She looked at me, her eyes were still red. "I still repeat the words you said to me in my head." She says. We kept walking till we were at the liquor store. She says something to Andrea and she heads in the store. Cata stays with me outside. She looks at me. "I'm sorry." I say to her. We don't talk.

I'm scared as hell to want her, but here I am, wanting her anyways.

Andrea comes out with some beers, giving them to me as we walked back to the house. Andrea kept the conversation going, apologizing earlier from the comment she made.

It was 9pm. Cata really didn't talk to me. She was staying over tonight. I guess she was really upset.

I walked over to my room as I sat down. I took out a small bag as I looked at it. I didn't know what to do. I put it back in my drawer as I took off my shirt and went to the bathroom. When i came back I saw her, cata laying on my bed. The door was opened and i heard Beto from behind me. "She wanted to sleep with you tonight." He says before going to his room.

I walked in, closing the door and looking at her, not knowing if I would sleep on the floor or on the bed.

"Fuck it." I say laying down next to her. She slightly moved and I kept quiet, trying not to wake her up.
She moved around too much, when I felt her head in my shoulder, she held onto my arm as she continued sleeping. I fell asleep right after.
