"Please make it positive, please make it positive, please make it positive" Sakura repeated to herself in her mind before revealing the result of the pregnancy test.
Why?- Sakura asked herself letting a tear fall down her cheek when she saw a single line on the pregnancy test; it had come out negative again.
Without being able to avoid it, more tears fell followed by several sobs.
Sakura was afraid, more than sad for still not being able to be a mother, she was afraid of facing her husband's fury when she gave him the news that it had not been for her to get pregnant again.
She waited a few minutes inside the bathroom before hearing the door knock.
Sakura? Sakura what was the result?- Akimoto asked his wife
And the terror invaded her again, she looked in the mirror one last time before finally open the door
The marks from the slaps her husband had given to her last month were still somewhat visible on her cheeks.
He had been violent the last time they had tried to have a child and Sakura didn't get pregnant.
The Japanese woman finally left the bathroom with her head down, holding the negative that negative pregnancy test in her hands.
What was the result?- Akimoto asked
Akimoto...- Sakura whispered
What was the fcking result? It's not a hard question- The old man beginning to lose patience
Sakura had been startled bcos the scream of her husband
I didn't make it- Sakura blurted out, beginning to feel tears gathering in her eyes
She knew what was coming for her
Damn it- Akimoto shouted throwing the night lamp in the room
What's ur fcking problem?- he asked while taking Sakura by her hair
Akimoto, u hurt me- the youngest girl screamed scared while crying
I'm not interested, damn sterile, what's ur fcking problem? That's ur stupid fault, why don't u understand that I want a child?- the man asked while screaming and throwing everything
Love it's not my fault- Sakura cried beginning for her husband to let her go
No love, it's obviously it fault- the older más slapped his wife's face
Explain to me woman, r u good for anything?- he continued hitting her
Akimoto I beg u...- Sakura said
SHUT UP STUPID WOMAN- the older man threw her to the floor kicking her belly and slap the minor's face again
Akimoto pls- Sakura was crying on the floor feeling her cheeks burn
