Now it takes us back to him resting on the stump slowly falling asleep, a bright lilac light passed his face which startled him and he fell backwards but was able to catch himself before he fell and looked over to the light, it was just a ball of purple light spinning in a circle before floating into the trees. He ran after it, if anything knew how to get out of here it clearly would be that. So he followed it until it led him to a black vail.

His hand brushed through the veil giving him a cold chill up his hand into his arm, he quickly pulled back unsure if he should pull it aside but he had no other choice no matter where he went it seemed to loop so this is his best chance right? He ran his hand through the veil again the dark mist started to circle around him he noticed something glowing in his chest then he realised it was his necklace more specifically it was the green stone that was glowing a bright green he quickly took it off his neck to take a look, it seemed to have a dark swirl pattern in it. He wrapped it around his hand as he held his breath and pulled the veil and walked through.

A cold chill ran through out his body as he closed his eyes only the green light peeking through his eye lids slowly the chill faded and he opened his eyes to see a boy looking down on him.

(Side note: I'm going to go in 1st person because 1. I want to and 2. Why not :)

He stared down at me with a blank face, I sat up not even registering how I got on the ground, " you ok?" He said with a amused tone as he stared at me

"Oh, my head feels a bit fuzzy that's all." I said not playing much attention to anything around me
"ok well what are you even doing here in the middle of no where?" He asked with a visible concerned look on his face as he quickly glanced around before looking back at me "oh umm well I don't exactly know where or how I got here." I said as I laughed nervously, I scratched the back of my head before a got up and looked down at my hand thankfully the stone was still there unharmed "what is that you got there? A rock... boring." He said rolling his eyes "hmm I'm guessing if you don't know where you are you don't know how to get home either?" He said clearly knowing the answer to the question but still stupidly asking it "ya no I got no clue." I muttered as I looked up at the sky, the sun was setting... already? I only was in the forest this morning how long was I in there?

"Well I guess you can stay over at mine for the time being..." he said as he looked around checking if anyone was listening but I decided not to ask why "wait really I can?" I was kind of excited since I didn't get invited much to anything."Yes now come on before I change my mind." He said before turning around and walking off into the valley "hey wait up!" I called out before catching up to him I didn't really play much attending to anything around me till this point everything seemed so warm and comforting? It felt weird. "So what's your name forest boy." He said glancing over at me "oh I'm Alex you?" I asked quite intrigued by his cool demeanour to this.
"I'm Conner." He said as we walked closer and closer to a small town.
"cool nice to meet you also thanks for letting me stay!" I said pleased to get a friend out of this
"don't thank me... you would of died if I didn't help you." He said is a weirdly calm tone.
"W-what do you mean?" I asked a bit confused I knew it was dangerous outside especially in the dark but I don't think I would have died "there's let say creatures out here at night." He said as we entered the town, I gulped my palms becoming a bit sweaty, he had to be messing with me right?
