When Taehyung entered the washroom stall, backpack and all, he really didn't plan on staying in there for a while. He just wanted to take a quick puff from his vape and then go to one of the Great Halls to get some work done.

Which is why he's surprised when he finds himself crouching at the bottom of the stall, blue sharpie in hand, replying to the obnoxiously obsessed kid who doesn't shut up about Mamamoo that just insulted Ateez.

It's new, because it wasn't here last Friday, and Taehyung will not let anyone get away with Ateez slander.

Now, Taehyung doesn't know what possessed him to write that (actually, it was probably the small high) but Mum has been nagging him about his lack of social life lately and putting himself out there even though he has Jimin and Hoseok . . .

He cringes. Either way, he muses, it's one way of making his mum proud.

When he gets out of the bathroom, he goes to the Math Great Hall to work on an English assignment he's been procrastinating on. The teachers here actually care about what goes on, so if he strays off topic then he can count on them to redirect him back to his project.

He passes by Jeongguk and gets ready to smile and wave, but Jeongguk doesn't notice him, too engrossed in his laptop, binder in front of him. Probably working on math. Like the Math Great Hall is intended for.

One of the supervising teachers waves at him though, and he waves back.

Taehyung sits at an empty desk and gets his laptop out, cracks his knuckles, and goes through the assignment criteria.

Time to get some work done.

He puffs on his vape and writes back:

Honestly it's not as good as it sounded in his head, but whatever. He needs to hurry before he's late for class.

Taehyung sighs and erases what he has so far. He redoes the question but the answer isn't any clearer. He looks to his left at Jeongguk, takes a sneak peek at his worksheet, then looks back at his own worksheet.
