The morning sun gleamed on her face as she rose to the start of a new day, living as an underground writer she was lucky to have made enough off her works to buy a home for herself, she shuffled out of bed and continued to the bathroom where she would begin her skincare, brush her teeth and take a refreshing shower after a good sleep, her favorite part of what she considered her little bubble was the beautiful rose garden she had, she loved the roses that she'd grown since she moved there, everyday she would visit the garden to greet her roses even if they couldn't greet her back. As she walked back towards the door leading into her house she felt an unusual aura, it was strong and unpleasant, she rushed back inside and took a deep breath, that couldn't have just been the polluted air could it? She calmed herself and passed it off as nothing, once she made her way to her kitchen and made her breakfast she went over to her office to begin her work, as she powered onto her writing document she noticed something was off, she couldn't exactly tell but she knew something wasn't the same, again she shrugged it off and began working on her newest book titled "Troubled and bubbled".

**TIME SKIP 4:52 PM**

Her work had been done now and she was pooped, out of energy she lazily carried herself to the kitchen where she would make herself a simple dinner to sit and eat, she turned on the tv and tuned it to her favorite channel, as she watched, she laughed and smiled as if she was the actress on the screen.

He watched from outside her window, waiting for the right moment to pass, when the time came he would slaughter her, and leave no traces because he swallowed his meals whole. His mouth foamed at the thought of a good meal after so many hungry days and nights, she looked beefy in his eyes, her tender skin that he would tear into, he thought of the taste of fresh blood and began to release his hormones into the frail atmosphere . He watched as she began to cough, he knew the stench was overwhelming and would blow his cover, so he resisted and eventually he was strong enough to stop them.

Her phone suddenly rang right next to her as her eyes were glued to the television "Hey Jen!" she answered, Jen was her best friend their whole life and never for a second didn't be like a sister to Mariam, "Of course I'll go Jen, I'd love to meet her, I'm so happy for you 2!!" Mariam filled with glee, to hear that Jen is engaged to such a wonderful woman was great news, listening outside the window his plan went into action, he was excited to have a good dinner after so long.
