What is this? It appears to be a Death Note.

**RULES OF THE DEATH NOTE**
1. The person whose name is written in this notebook will die.
2. To kill someone, the writer must write the person's name while picturing their face.
3. The death will occur forty seconds after the name is written.
4. If the cause of death is not specified, the victim will die of a heart attack.
LIGHT YAGAMI
