1st POV.
"Hey sweetheart, you got a letter!" Yelled my mom from downstairs. I quickly got out of bed and made my way downstairs. "Did aunt [aunt's name] wrote a birthday letter again, even though it's not my birthday?" "No not again." Chuckled my mother while handing me the envelope.

'Looks pretty fancy, I wonder what this is about' I thought while opening and reading the letter. "It's about some soccer program called 'Bluelock', apparently only the best got chosen to go.." I muttered while looking at my mother to see her reaction.

"That's great, maybe you can finally achieve your dream of becoming the best striker." She stated while ruffling my hair. Suddenly my father came into the kitchen and asked what we're talking about. "Your daughter got selected to go to a soccer program, which means she can finally achieve her dream!"

"Wow, that's great, I'm proud of you, Y/n." I nodded while smiling, " When does this program start?" My father enquired and I looked at the letter and murmured "[date of the start]." (A/n: Help, I don't know when it actually starts. If you know, please let me know)

"Okay then, you should probably start packing. It isn't that far in the future." "Sure." After that conversation I went upstairs and started packing what I believed I need and let my mother check afterwards if I have everything.

I laid on my bed and closed my eyes until I got a notification from my phone. I grabbed it and looked at who wrote me.

I smiled as I looked through the messages of me and my bestfriend. I laid back down on my bed and closed my eyes for the second time, though this time I didn't get interrupted and drove off into a peaceful sleep.

I walked along a path until I stopped in front of a building, on it was a sign that said 'Japanese Football Union'. "Ugh, finally we arrived. I thought I had to walk forever" complained the white-haired boy next to me. "Well, if Reo was here he could've carried you."

"I already told you, that he didn't want to go here with us." Exclaimed Nagi, who looked like he was about to fall asleep. I hummed and said "We should go in." He hummed in response and we entered the building.

As we entered there were multiple other people entering, so I lost sight of Nagi. I noticed that I was the only girl here. 'Your kidding, right?' I sighed as I leaned against the wall and waited for my friend to find me. After some short time a guy stood on the podium(?) in front of us and started speaking.

"Congratulations and welcome, diamonds in the rough. You are the 300, 18 and under strikers who have been chosen according to my wise decision making. And I am Jinpachi Ego. The man who was hired to ensure Japans victory and the world cup." Many people started whispering to eachother, saying that he can't be serious.
